I was in Waynesboro va yesterday in the morning running around and wanted something to eat. It was the best experience I have ever had at KFC. I have to give the Manager Brittany acknowledgement. She handled what she had going on, my order and front and making our food all at once and I kno my order was big and she had someone important there also. Brittany have great customer service. I just have to say she is a great manager and she have showed me and my family the best best experience from drive thur so I have to come back and go on the inside. Keep up the good job Brittany we need more managers and employees like you all over.

Understaffed, Poor customer service, nobody answered drive thru speaker or came to window, had to be told by another customer half hour wait, lobby locked/closed.
Second time was doordashing this week pull up to drive thru listening to workers convo about orders and waiting to be served, finally someone acknowledged drive thru and knowing order been placed and paid still have audacity to ask if wanted to wait for food to be cooked. then proceed to wait, decide to go in and over heard more complaining about more online orders. Sad and ridiculous if its such a big hassle find another field/job. It’s not like yall are busy, 1 other person in drive thru drove off.. Corporate or whoever needs to evaluate this store!

Arrived at the empty restaurant and went through the drive-thru. Tried to order the hot honey chicken sandwich, the worker said it’s not in their system so they can’t make it. It’s like they don’t want any business.

Nasty. The food was very old. The chicken nuggets were inedible. When I called to complain the local number wasn’t in service. The national number answered but wouldn’t do anything about it. Might as well through your money in the trash.

We have not enjoyed eating KFC chicken in a long time. This was our first time coming to this location and wow!! The chicken was delicious! It was hot and juicy! Emma was so kind and helpful and very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to enjoy eating their chicken again.

I usually brag highly on this location, not this time. Long wait in the drive thru, paid over $7 for a 3 strip meal only to get 1 full strip, 1 piece of crispy skin (no chicken) and a piece of something about one and a half inches. So dissatisfied, money wasted. Had I not waited so long for this disappointment and the cars weren’t wrapped around the building after I pulled off and checked the food, I definitely would have returned it. They are too expensive for them to be skimpy or cheating anyone out of what they actually paid for.

My wife went through the drive one night and not only did she encounter the sweetest associate, Candy, but she also saved us 50% on our bucket of chicken for the dark meat bucket deal. Most associates dont care if you save money but she is the true definition of what customer service should be like. Thanks Candy!

I’m still trying to figure out why I arrive at this KFC at 9:15 p.m. and have to wait 30 minutes for chicken. The first thing the person tells me in Drive thru is that there will be a 30 minute wait. Yes, I was hungry so decided to wait… my choice. But they’re close at 10:00 p.m.,, so I was close. If you’re not going to have chicken available at 9:15, close early. My order was incorrect, so they had to repackage it and demolished my biscuit in the process.
My frustration is that I paid for the meal; I did not get it for free. Shouldn’t I have expectations?

How the hell are you a chicken restaurant and have no legs and thighs, then sit their with poor customer service getting attitude with a customer, these employees at this KFC deserve to be fired and have no business being in food service unacceptable behavior will be boycotting this restaurant and telling everybody I know not to go here.
