I purchased some chicken 12/26/2025 the gentleman that assisted with my order was great. He let me know it was a delay due to orders, he also said to wait by the front door and he would bring it out to me. After receiving the food I drove back to my house and when I bit the first piece it was cooked my son ate 2 drumsticks that were cooked my daughter bit hers and showed me undercooked chicken. My wife showed me the same.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. The manager was very rude and impolite, and the food was cold and clearly not freshly cooked. I was told the fryer had been turned off which was over an hour from there closing time. yet customers were still being served cold food, they don’t want customers walking in the store an hour before closing so they can clean and leave early even though the hours are posted on the door. They will try to only serve drive through couple hours before closing so you end up selling there left overs with the cold food. This reflects poor management and lack of professionalism.

I ordered through Drive Thru, and a Young Gentleman was the Cashier. He was extremely busy!! You can’t find Good Help, but I knew I was going to find a smile. In the end, I got a smile!!
He even told me thank you!! I hope KFC keeps Him !!! I ordered 2 Delicious Chicken Pot Pies. So good … look at my photos .. they show you how Delicious!

Very bad experience. The food was reheated, tasted awful, and nothing felt fresh. The place was dirty, with poorly maintained tables and areas. On top of that, the service was terrible, slow and completely uninterested in helping customers.

My order#72a2d. I paid for my full order and delivery through DoorDash, but some items were missing when it arrived. I called the KFC location, and instead of fixing the issue or offering a refund, they told me to drive there myself and show the receipt to get the missing food.
What’s the point of delivery if I have to go pick it up anyway? Totally unacceptable service — I won’t be ordering from this location again

Ate lunch here. The lady that took our order was very nice and our food was good. The only problem was they were understaffed and the tables and soda station was dirty.
