Our family stayed in a hotel and we went to get food we ordered a bucket of chicken and sides and biscuits. The chicken looked like it was good but I didn’t eat because we got biscuits and they are hard as a rock and they no butter, no honey and cold sides. I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered over 50.00 worth of food and it’s horrible. My biscuits are smushed, chicken is soggy, my chicken strips are small enough to make one full one and I’ve tried calling ten times and no one can seem to answer the phone. Imagine that.

I hope this isn’t happening at all KFCs but it might be. It looks like they have gotten rid of all sides that are healthy, for people on low carb diets, no beans, baked or green beans and the mashed potatoes are so fake tasting it’s ridiculous. The chicken looks like it is not the original kind we were use to and last time was dried out. They really need to instruct employees about manners, when someone leaves the counter or window with their food and says “Thank you” you should said “You’re welcome.”
