Literally the worst customer service I have ever had with any fast food chain, tarnishing the KFC franchise. Guy offered me a special for 10 chicken tenders @ $10, I instantly said yes. Pay, pull up and the guy pawns off a mixed bucket of drumsticks on me instead of my actual order, knowing good and well what I ordered. Orders are consistently wrong or missing sauces, wrong counts of food ordered, or the KFC side of the establishment is just closed for reasons undisclosed for the last 2 months. Franchise rights for this branch need to be pulled, or management fired.

I have went to this location 5 times in 3 weeks and only ordered food ONCE which was last night. Every time I go here they are out of chicken which I can never understand among many other things to the point of me pulling out of the drive through and going elsewhere. The chicken was really good… As you would hope. But got 3 sides and the biscuits, all of which were subpar. I’m not expecting miracles from a fast food place, but at least edible. The biscuits were as hard as a rock. So lesson learned, next time just order chicken only. But definitely disappointed given the cost to add the sides.

This has got to be the worst KFC in the entire world !!! Customer service is non-existent. The staff (particularly the assistant manager) are completely ignorant of the products that they sell and are obnoxiously rude. The food takes way too long to prepare. The employees seem to be loitering and visiting with each other far more than they are tending to business. I witnessed many smoke breaks while waiting for my order which (believe it or not) actually had cigarette ashes in it. Needless to say, I will never spend another penny at this location and I urge everyone else to avoid it. The owners should fire the entire staff and consider a new interviewing paradigm when restaffing.

What has happened to KFC! I ordered 4 piece dark meat plus 1 extra thigh. I got a wing, 2 thighs, 1 drumstick and 1 breast! Since when is a breast dark meat? And the thighs were sooooo small! I will not go to their Dalgren location ever again!

I ordered a 25 piece with a flaming aunt yo momma corn biscuit with extra butter. ( Krusty Musty) anyways … I received a 26.5 piece instead extra crispy, so I will take it! All in all I’m all about good Popeyes Chicken. Have it your way….baaa daaa bom bahh I’m Mclovin It!

Wish I had read the reveiws before I ordered 8 piece bucket DRY & they just opened the store. Yesterdays chicken maybe ? Chicken sandwhich not as bad. Biscuits not ready & out of coleslaw. I do unerstand some setbacks but NOT the dry chicken upon opening.
