I ordered 3 pot pies( Uber Eats) for my daughter on 7-25-25 from this location. Upon arrival home with the pies she anxiously grabbed one and headed to the table to eat. She immediately came back asking to see another one because the pot pie did not look right. I was appalled, embarrassed, upset and disgusted at what i was seeing. Im definitely reaching out to corporate and by the other reviews this location need some looking into. Never again for me!

Came to pick up dinner this evening and the drive thru line was crazy. It was very long and did not move so I parked and tried going in. When you walk up to the door there is a sign advising the inside is closed. My assumption is they can’t keep enough staff to keep the inside open but seriously, you should be able to walk inside a restaurant at 6pm on a Wednesday. I get back in the line and it continues to crawl, it took about 7 minutes to get to the speaker and I tell them my name (I had a $42 online order). The line continues to crawl, the gentleman at the window gives me a very tied up bag that was packed to the brim but I couldn’t reallye check the items. I did make note of the “no refunds” sign. I took the food home and was sorely disappointed. The chicken tenders were fried to a crisp, like they had to have been in the fryer twice, but the chicken nuggets were still uncomfortably pale. I put the nuggets in our air fryer when we got home cause based on the texture and color, I honestly don’t think they were fully cooked. We did the 3 sides for $10 deal, the amount of food in the “large” sides is truly pathetic. The mac and cheese noodles were awkwardly smushy, there was no integrity to the pasta, and the mashed potatoes tasted like the water to powder ratio was WAY off. The amount in each container was well below what it should have been, maybe 50-60% full, and perhaps that’s part of the cheap size deal but then don’t call it a “large”.
For the cost of the family meal, I expected food for 2 for dinner and leftovers for lunch, I ended up trashing more than half and doing a frozen meal. Between the texture (smush, dry, raw) and the lack of flavor, I don’t plan on returning to this location.

Horrible service opened a complaint in July as of today still no response. Went thru the drive in pick up a bucket of chicken noticed that my passenger car seat stained. Opened the bag and noticed that the gravy was not closed properly.
Made a U turn ask for the manager, made no attempt to apologies. She even accused me that I tempered with the container. How rude and unprofessional.

Ordered One-Tuesday 8pc bucket special.
Was charged for 2 buckets and given two buckets instead.
I immediately told them before leaving drive thu, I ordered One bucket special Not Two !
Was told ‘They don’t give Refunds No More’. They immediately took the order back and Told to ‘Order Something Else’ to make up the difference, I Told them I Don’t Want Something Else, its only my wife and myself. Why do I need something else to waste.
It was their fault and I want money back.
Of course their was No Manager on Site.
Told them I don’t care, I want my money back and wasn’t leaving until I get my refund !!
Finally they called (& woke up their manager and Finally they ok’d a Refund, but wouldn’t provide me a Receipt for my transaction…
Don’t go thru their Drive thru.

The food here aren’t prepared decently most of the time (I only come back bc it’s the only KFC nearby). Specifically for today, I ordered the crispy chicken but most of the skin was gone (like not even somewhere in the box, it was just skinned) it’s actually so unappetizing to look at cause it looks like somebody took a bite out of it or something. Also a entire chunk of my chicken drumstick was missing, like what?? The fries are also very soggy and bland and I find myself always missing items I paid for. Please save your money and don’t go here, or if you do, then I highly suggest checking your bags before you leave cs chances are something’s gonna be missing

The food was not well-prepared and massively overpriced. We wanted just 5 strips, no combo, but were told that strips by themselves were over $20! The chicken was cold, the unsweetened tea was sweet, and fries were average, at best. We did not get a receipt in the bag. Overall, very disappointing. I’d avoid.

Let’s talk about the food. The food is terrible. The chicken is of poor quality, full of blood and parasites. Sometimes the chicken has a foul fishy smell. As for the people who work there, they are the rudest I have ever seen, so rude that people leave the restaurant crying because of the poor treatment. The place is also filthy. The ceiling is covered in dust that sometimes falls onto people’s food. The glass is very dirty and has chicken juices sprayed all over it

Dislocation has a KFC and Taco Bell in the same restaurant and I had a chicken enchilada burrito grilled with tomatoes and I had KFC potato wedges add a medium Pepsi all under $10. The food was excellent.

Gotta give props to this kfc. Manager is very on top of it and quality is consistent. Also manager is just a super nice guy.
