Waited for 15 minutes after arriving at the window. Almost immediately, all employees disappeared. One or two went to the counter. After paying (no receipt given), we still waited. No drinks, no explanation. 20 full minutes later food came. Had to remind them of the drink. I said, “so, no apology?” Employee said, “oh, my bad”. Then she closed the window again! Only KFC around, but very VERY poor customer service. Would recommend better training.

Tonight we waited quite a while in the drive through. In fact we were given a free order of fries to apologize for the wait. We drove 20 minutes homes only to realize half our order was completely missing. Oh and no receipt to prove the purchase. $30.00 for chicken tenders and cold fries. Double check your food before you leave the window.

This is the second time our order has been completely wrong. My soda was flat and the ice melted like they handed me a drink that had been sitting there for an hour. 3 tacos and a 2 piece isn’t a complicated order yet one taco was completely missing. Never again.

Sat in the drive through line for twenty minutes to find out that there was no chicken available. I found this out after I tried to order a 12-piece and was told they didn’t have that, then I tried to order an 8-piece to be told there was no chicken.
That would have been fine by itself but then I was laughed at through the speaker. Maybe put a sign out saying there is no chicken? Completely unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. I won’t be back.

Seems they deleted my comment….. well here we go again. This is the worst place you could have ever ate at in america…. wanna ee why the rest of the country isn’t doing so good. Look at the workers there. They are the laziest foul workers to have walked the area. I hope none of them got unemployment because they didn’t even work while they were there. It was so bad. 1 time a Ole juggalo lookin dude saw us pull up. Gave us the hand to the thoat… we closed inside go to drive through. Get there and nothin…. drive around seeing people inside passing vapes around and goofing around on company time. This place spends more time not working than actually doing any work. Please please please open something different. And don’t bring back the same people. If yall do the same thing will happen. Only tourist and people who don’t know how bad it is will go in there. Just as bad as the dominoes next door. Hands down the saddest workers I’ve laid eyes on….. not even worth a prayer…. I’ll keep putting this review up until I get a phone call or response from someone.

Their drive-thru service is slow af. I was denied a meal upgrade at the window for my Famous Bowl by 3 stagnant employees. My mother’s 3 piece meal was in her words ; “Dry & difficult to enjoy without the requested honey mustard sauce”. Though they made a helpful mistake by giving us 2 chocolate chip cookies; I’m yet unsatisfied without a drink & sorry customer service

Sat in drive thru for almost 15 minutes at 630 pm just to be told it would be another 20 minutes if w e wanted to order an 8 piece dinner seriously!!! It is still dinner to e!!! Shouldn’t you have chicken cooked or atleast in the process at this time! The person at the register was so rude and snapped at me wgile I was talking to my daughter about the long wait time.. When we got the order everything was all wrong including the sauces we requested! The only positive thing I have to say is that when I called to speak to the manager she was more than apologetic and assured me she would reprimand the cashier that treated me so poorly!!

I’m like 43% sure the owner has a crippling Baja blast addiction, as Everytime I come here, they are magically out of it, and it makes me think he sits in his office all day chugging it with an IV feed going in tandem. Luckily type 2 diabetes exists and soon I will be reunited with my tangy coolant.
