Food was delicious. Like it was made with love. Chicken wasn’t greasy, I didn’t have to wait long. It was ready by the time I got my soda. Staff was friendly. Too bad I don’t live in the area, I would definitely be a regular. The atlas so welcoming. Even the bathrooms were clean.

Today 10/12/2025 I ordered an 8-piece meal with two sides. When I arrived at home they gave me 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8. I called the restaurant number 15 times through out the day and no answer. It keeps going to voice mail and then disconnect. It was a 30 minute drive and I didn’t feel driving back for two pieces. Poor service, will not be going back. Simple math, just count 1-8. It’s that easy.

This is absolutely the most disgusting KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food and trash everywhere. Trip hazards. Cigarettes on the floor. Poor attitude from staff. Long wait. They let me know they were out of some of our order 13 minutes after we ordered. I didn’t even go in the bathroom. Eat here at your own risk.

I had a very bad experience with this KFC. I placed an order through DoorDash and was waiting for my food while I was hungry. Instead of calling or messaging me to explain the situation, the store just canceled my order without asking me if I wanted to change something or wait. That is very poor customer service. As a customer, I deserve to be informed and given options, not left waiting with no food. I will think twice before ordering from this location again.

Used kiosk to order, when finished, it said it was out of service (no note posted). Ordered Pintos and Cheese, clerk added pintos to Crunchwrap instead of giving us separate cup of Pintos and Cheese. Cinnamon twists were rancid, took them back and they replaced with cinnamon delights. First (and last) time we plan to eat at this location. We have been residents here for 1.5 years.

Took over 20 minutes for me to get one burrito! This place needs some real management because why is everybody moving in slow motion?? The people who dont speak clear English are up front taking orders. It was at least 8 people working with several angry customers

Waited ten minutes past open for them to unlock door. Restaurant was covered in crumbs and leftover food from who knows when. Limited drinks; when substituting Diet Pepsi for unsweetened tea the tea tasted horrible and had slime in it from old tea. When told they might need to change their tea they rudely asked ‘why?’. After showing them the tea they took the cup and didn’t say anything, didn’t change the tea and didn’t offer an alternative drink. Food was covered in more grease than one could expect from fried food. Soaked through two napkins and the box. Will not ever be coming back.
