Fresh food kind staff and great company is all that is needed for a great time out here. There isn’t much to it? The staff that works there is very, very polite, very understanding and what the minor issue that I encountered.They was taking care of immediately by management without any further phone calls or incidents to follow.This is what I call quality service quality customer service and a place that I would definitely drive from pennsylvania to go back to even though I have a kentucky fried chicken, right down the street from where I live.It’s not about the food industry.It’s about the service that you receive, that keeps people coming back if you get a chance to go.Go in clean environment maintained.They don’t allow riff raft just lurking around if they notice rif raft lurking around, they ask em if they can help them for something.And once they realize that they’ve been found out, the riff raft moves on couldn’t ask for a better means of security.Great job.I’ll bowl around kfc great joby

Absolutely awful service. I used to love KFC, but today I went and the fries and chicken tenders tasted awful. I’m not sure if they were undercooked, but I am sure there is something wrong with the kitchen. When I went in to ask for a refund the inside smelled weird, so my guess is something is wrong with their fryer.
The manager was disrespectful and rude when I asked for a refund. Apparently this store doesn’t offer refunds, which should have been clearly posted in the drive through. That doesn’t excuse her behavior.
I can’t help but get the feeling this store doesn’t offer refunds because they know something is wrong and refuse to fix it.

Went to KFC on garland grogh. We placed our order half hour goes by..no food while still waiting their employees are on their phones, playing with their hair drinking in of customers. Not enough food was available. Still waiting for food was told tenders need 5 minutes.. another half hour wait and why no gloves or hand washing

I made 2 failed attempts to get the re-released double down chicken sandwich before finally getting one. But it was worth the 9 year wait. It was perfectly cooked, hot & juicy, and flavorful, just as I remembered.
Wish they’d have brought back the original double down sauce, but the spicy sauce was very good and not really spicy at all.
Wish they’d make it permanent.

I ordered a chicken sandwich for my toddler and received a thigh with a bone sticking out. Highly unsafe and could have easily caused her to choke and die. Called multiple times to the establishment with no luck. I would stay far away from this place if you care about your well-being. CHECK YOUR FOOD!

We ordered a 4 piece meal with two sides and a drink and also order a pot pie. We were asked to pay $31.13 so we paid at the time but didn’t seem correct so while waiting for our food we calculated what the total should have been and it should be $21.39. So I went up to the cashier asking for a refund for the difference. Instead of giving us a refund she started giving us an attitude saying that it is our fault for the way we order our food and yelling at us out loud. One of the worst experience we have had at any restaurant! Manager was very rude!!!!

I have been to many KFC’s and I would say this branch should be the standard for all locations. Chicken is perfectly cooked, mashed potatoes are awesome, even the gravy is the best version of all the locations I have been to.
I have seen many unhappy reviews but this based on my drive thru experience today! I have ordered meal number 5 chicken tenders! Kudos to all late shifters today,l and more power!
