We ordered the chicken tender combo meal with cole slaw and biscuit, and a side order of fries for $26. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. Piped music was awful and too loud. Cole slaw was great, but the chicken tenders were salty and over-cooked. The fries, what few there were for $3.99, tasted like fish! This meal reminded us why we don’t go to KFC anymore. Take your money elsewhere. Your taste buds will thank you.

Walked in and the whole place was covered in grease. Some employees were hanging around in the back but it was basically a ghost town. Took one look at the mess behind the counter and left. I don’t have time for food poisoning this weekend.

Usually I only stick to the tenders, but I was talked into trying the potpie. KFC LaVale, this is unacceptable. Cracked into the shell to find 90% of the guts are missing. Partner told me not to bother calling because the potpies are usually a toss-up lately for filled or empty.
Did the macaroni and cheese sauce recipe change? Both of ours was putrid tasting. Either is was spoiled or it was spoiled…and this was at 7pm.
Spent 30$ on a meal we pretty much couldn’t eat or didn’t get half of.
Going to be a while before we are willing to try again.

To poetically trip hazards in the kitchen due to patch work flooring. Stood at the counter and waited about 7 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. Employees were walking around chatting with each other totally ignoring our party. The place was filthy. All tables dirty, kitchen floor was covered in food remnants. Dirty cookware everywhere. I’m glad they ignored us. Very good possibility of catching a case of some food borne illness the way this place looked.

The crispy chicken sandwich was immaculate. The crisp and seasoning on the breading made my mouth fill with saliva. The juiciness of the chicken and its thickness was perfect. I had not had a better chicken sandwich if im being 100% honest. I was impressed. There was even hot, rich butter on the buns. My friend started licking the packaging it was so good! Not to mention the fact on how it filled us up perfectly. We felt energized and satisfied after this amazing experience. Definitely recommend getting this item and enjoying every bite of it slowly.
