This kfc has been here for years however it’s been one bad mgr after the next I came here because the other jfc never have anything why are they even open but the feminine guy that runs this one is to rude for me. He severed food that looks like crap and then tells you they don’t give money back and when you ask for the mgrs he say I am y’all need to do better this is horrible I’m gonna post my pics

I hate leaving bad reviews, because I honestly know how stressful CS jobs can become I’ve worked so many of them in the past, before landing my Corp job. However, after 3 different visits with the same experiences, I had to express my dissatisfaction! I almost always visit via the drive-thru, and every time the person is EXTREMELY sarcastically rude! You place an order, and you NEVER receive what you actually ordered. It almost seems as they give you , what they “WANT” to give you, because they always give the total opposite of what you actually ordered.. I absolutely do NOT want anyone to lose their job, but I believe there should be some additional training, or additional structured managers onsite ASAP!!

I don’t know how a chicken restaurant doesn’t have ANY chicken, but that’s exactly what I was told. No sign on the door, no one took the time to explain that before I sat in the restaurant waiting for my pickup order. Then I have to keep calling customer service for my refund because “the order was still open”. No wonder I haven’t been to KFC in years, and clearly need to stay away.

I was pretty hungry so I stopped here for a quick bite. Big mistake. The drive-through was empty so it did not take very long to order or get my food. I ordered a chicken little, which if you are unaware, is a single chicken tender between a bun. I was shocked to find it is now $3. Like I said for a single chicken tender on a bun. I’d already ordered and she did not tell me my total until I got to the window. The chicken little was extremely mediocre. It had double the amount of mayonnaise necessary and I did not order extra mayo. It was small and a very disappointing for the price, I wasn’t expecting a huge piece of chicken I know the Chicken Little is just a chicken tender. But it’s no longer a good value at all

We went to KFC and unfortunately, the place was extremely dirty. The lobby floor was sticky and covered in soda. Countertops, tables, chairs and floors were all dirty and it was obvious that the place was not being cleaned on a daily basis. It was disappointing to see the restaurant in this condition at the time of opening. I couldn’t help but wonder if the kitchen area was as dirty as the lobby. We left!!!!!!!!!!

Rude. Disrespectful. Incompetent. Ordered online and did not get my second drink. Every time I asked for it, the lady would slam the window shut before I even finished the question and she kept making the wrong drink. Was looking forward to trying the KFC Mountain Dew. Even that took an entire song while waiting. Finally just drove off. Will not go back

I did 6 years in food service, so I try to be patient and extend grace, but this was just all around disappointing. I spent just over 50 bucks so I would not have to cook after a long day, but I should have just cooked. My drink was not full, my 12-piece bucket was missing one piece of chicken, my large sides were not filled, and perishable coleslaw was bagged with hot food items. Also, I had to park and wait for food initially. Then, the food was walked out, but one side was forgotten, so I had to park and wait AGAIN. Oh, and they failed to give me my receipt after multiple requests. We get home and the food is just “eh.” That’s what I get for not cooking at home. This economy is too crazy to receive mediocre service. Do better KFC.
