Went there yesterday around 7:45 pm and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Waited almost 20 minutes for my food then after I got home my chicken was so soggy that it was all I’m pieces by the time i got home with no skin on it. The meal came with 4 biscuits that were old and chewy and looked liked they were already chewed up and spit out. I’ll never go to this location again

I went this evening when I got off work to get an 8 piece family meal. I trusted that they would give me 8 pieces and I didn’t check at the window, but of course when I got home, there were only 6 pieces! The chicken was dark and dry on top of it!

Fast food? More like SLOW food! Ordered via drive thru and had to park my car and wait 15 minutes for my food to brought out. Saw two other vehicles do the same. Just go to Chick-fil-A instead for better food and service.

Spent 50 minutes waiting in line to get food from the drive thru. Thought about leaving, but half of this time was at the window after I had paid. The employees did not explain the wait… did not do anything to make up for this. They weren’t necessarily rude, but they acted like it is normal for someone to spend an hour getting one 8-piece bucket of chicken and that my time is not important. I will not be going back here for a long time.

We ordered on Ap, when we arrived the doors were locked! It was only 6:30! Another customer let us in.We waited over 45 minutes to receive burnt chicken.The employee told us to not let anyone in because they had issues with the fryer. I know with all fast food staffing issues continue to be a problem and unfortunately this is why they go out of buisness. The one in Edgewood closed because of this too.

If you go by the drive-through, you have to double-check your oder. We have the sandwich made wrong. No napkins, no sauce, no utensils. Asked to speak to the manager, and they said she was busy. What type of customer service is this. On top of that, I waited 20 minutes for the sandwich. Drive through, and you still have to go in to get the rest of the order.
After 35 minutes of waiting. After I asked for the manager name, she came out. Had a getto attitude and would not give me the store info. Great work, KFC. Lost an other customer. If you want a good meal, don’t come here, people.

Ordered food at 12:57 pm and didn’t get served until 1:15 p , 3 customer who ordered food after me were served their food before me . The only thing I ordered was a 2 piece and a biscuit . When I finally was able to eat my food the chicken was unseasoned and dry.
