Yall know better. Me and my sister just ordered a bucket of chicken to pick up today from them for the kids. As soon as I started handing it to the kids it had a distinct smell as if it was old. Im pretty sure whoever was serving the food smelled that. The chicken was so old and stall and dry. I was so disappointed and the kids wouldn’t eat it. I literally wasted money and had to throw the rest of it away. Whoever served this knew it was old and reaked. Shame on you. Never going back I m extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Twenty plus minutes waiting in the parking lot on an empty drive through to get served completely wrong food. I asked specifically for no mayo on my two sandwiches, guess what they did.. absolutely slathered both sides with mayo. Try to call to complain and they don’t answer. Lousy employees and lousy owner. Thank god popeyes opened wont touch this disgrace of a kfc again.

Every time I visit this location, the parking lot is completely empty and honestly, it’s no surprise why. The customer experience here is consistently poor.
Each visit, there’s always something wrong. I’m either rushed through my order with repeated “is that all?” after every single item, or I’m sitting in the drive-thru waiting for a long time even when no one else is there. Tonight was another example. The employee taking my order interrupted me multiple times instead of letting me finish, clearly giving off the impression that she didn’t want to be there or deal with customers.
And for all that rushing, you’d expect the food to at least be fresh, but it wasn’t. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared.
This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s clear from the other recent reviews that this location’s issues are not isolated. The majority of reviews over the past year are one star for the same reasons. I’m not sure who the district or regional manager is, but something definitely needs to change here.

Everyone I’ve come here Iva always had to “ pull up front” and wait 10-15 mins. Rather go to Edgewood than this one. I wish this would stay in business but dang. Hire better employees!! I never come here because of this wait! I’m the only one here and I stay sitting here 20 plus mins everytime.

I ordered a famous bowl and there was only 4 tiny pieces of chicken on it and no plastic wear. Never again! The chicken tasted like barbecue. They weren’t even friendly.

Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone . Employs walk around with no care in the world . Waited literally 10 mins at the drive thru speaker to hear hold on as she was gossiping about someone to the other employee which I heard . Then pull up town window and waited another 15 just to be asked “ what are you doing go park somewhere else “ so then I asked for a refund and was told “ well your gonna have to park and come in if u want that “ so I figured nah I’ll wait right here , my food was tossed at me !

This KFC really does not seem to care about quality. I’ve been there a few times over the past few weeks and each time I’ve been disappointed by what I found in the to-go bag. When I ask for fries, I get about half what I should, when I get a famous bowl, it’s only part full (and they often forget the spork), and today when I got some spicy chicken tenders, I got a pool of oil in the box. The cashiers are kind enough, but the kids working in the kitchen just don’t seem to care.
