Taste your food before you leave I literally just ate a piece of chicken and it taste as if it was sitting in bad grease. I called the store and the shift manager told me come back the next day and let her taste the chicken so she can she if I’m telling the truth. Who does that. Not to mention they gave me no receipt. I never had the chance to try KFC meals in their iconic bucket, but after watching Kai and Speed stream—especially Speed, who’s always eating KFC and even hilariously shouting about it in South Korea—I decided to grab some for myself. The lady who worked in the front in morning, her behave was so rude no smiling no greeting. It looks like she worked in force. She didnot see in our face. We went there two times and same things happened everytime.
Secondly, I order 10pcs chicken today and when I get home and count it I got 9pcs chicken.

I will never go to this store ever again!!! I stood in the lobby, I was the only customer in the store!! Not even a car in the drive-thru!! An employee was sweeping kitchen area, another sweeping the lobby area(where I was standing,) and a 3rd “on break” watching me stand there; 5MINUTES go by & no one bothered to acknowledge me. Thats absurd. Terrible horrible service!!!

Every time I visit the drive-thru, the employee is consistently rude, which really gets under my skin. Her tone is off-putting, and it frustrates me every single time. I asked to speak with the manager, but she insisted that there was nothing wrong with the employee’s tone. I’ve reached out to corporate about this issue, and my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. It’s clear that someone needs to be educated on the true meaning of customer service.

First experience was so nasty. The drive through communication was unprofessional, service slow and unconcerned. I went there because the Popeyes on the opposite side had a long line on the drive through. Purchased the family meal bag, got home hungry and ready to eat, the coleslaw was ganished with a detarched female manicure nail. Case closed, what a disgusting sight, the coleslaw went straight to the trashcan.

The employees were nice & the place fairly clean! The chicken was just terrible though. Literally the saddest fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never had fried chicken that was so tough to bite into, it wasn’t crispy, and the flavor was meh. Go to checkers next door instead if you need food?

Ordered a chicken pot pie and it was just vegetable mush. A few strands of chicken meat and loads of carrots. I don’t know if these come precooked but the least you could do is put actual meat inside. This photo is me attempting to find the meat and it turned to soup.
