This isn’t a reflection on the individual employees, who I’m sure were doing their best. But they seemed understaffed. The twister, a childhood favorite menu item, was pathetic. They were out of lettuce. The tortilla was stale. The chicken was meh. The nuggets were a war crime. The wedges were ok.

First of all the menu said “Original Honey BBQ wings” FALSE the wings are HOT spicy wings. What happened to regular mild wings and the sauce?? My mouth was on fire and my daughter and I wasn’t able to enjoy them. So I gave them to my husband. We decided to get the Honey BBQ tenders…there was hardly any sauce on them and they were SALTY! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
The service was substandard. We were at the drive thru the woman started to take our order but stopped and was talking to her coworker discussing the order prior to ours and then had a bad attitude when she finally came back to us. We get to the window and we had to wait 1 minute before she finally came to us when we checked our order against the receipt we were missing our $6.99 cake we asked her about the cake after she gave us the finder to hold up. She went and got the $2.99 cake and shoved it to us as I was trying to tell her she got the wrong size she snatched it back then shoved the correct cake to us.
I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

Chicken was definetly fried in unclean oil. Chicken was dark brown almost like it was burnt and it was soggy. I was displeased and had to stopp at another KFC and got way better chicken looks at the difference.

Every time I come to this location ( I get a hopeful amnesia every 7 to 8 months), I’m reminded why Chick-Fil—A took the crown from KFC. 3 piece tender meal: everything tasted like old oil, chicken was dry and wedges were soggy. Biscuit was over baked – and tasted artificial, like a biscuit from a can. Pepsi was straight soda water. And – they ran out of ketchup. This has been my experience at most KFCs nowadays – but I was still disappointed. It’s a real shame to see this legendary chain go down this way. There are a lot of options now for fresh, hot chicken. Don’t waste your money here.

If Google had a 0 rating I would give it a zero. My son and I pulled up to the drive through speaker, and after waiting several minutes with no greeting, I spoke into the speaker and asked if anyone was present. No one answered. I said hello pleasantly multiple times into the speaker and asked if anyone was present to take our order. No response, not even a “we will be with you in a minute.” After a significant amount of silence I drove up to the window thinking the speaker was broken and they were only taking orders at the window. I was then greeted by a young girl who says “we don’t take orders at the window.” When I explained that the speaker may be broken because I spoke into it several times with no response, she tells me to drive back around and get back in line again. Then walks away from the window! I asked to speak to a manager. She was even nastier than the first employee (which tells you where she got it from). When I explained that no one responded at the speaker she proceeds to say that she didn’t hear me at the speaker and that I have to get back in the line again because they don’t take window orders. No thank you – that is the last time they will ever see my face again. The owner would be better off firing their staff and starting over. Don’t eat at this KFC!

I’ve been to many horrible KFC‘s. This one isn’t the worst or the best . The attitudes aren’t the best but at least the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time and I’m grateful for that.

Manager don’t speak English and they have no clue what’s on their menu. Original honey Bbq wings is not supposed to be spicy. I ask for the original honey BBQ wings and they said it’s only spicy. They need to shut it down

This is about the third time that I go to this specific location and everything is trash. Once, I ordered an 8 piece bucket. I got 7 pieces and they didn’t have anything but thighs and legs. Tonight, I ordered two famous bowls. She first asks me to wait. I’m guessing she was asking if there was anything for it. She comes back and says okay. There are exactly 4 pieces of chicken and no corn. Never going here again. They didn’t even give me the receipt for me to be able to do a review directly to their company. Oh! And they probably ran out of spoons too because that wasn’t included either.

I ordered an original 3 piece chicken meal and saucy nuggets. The chicken in the meal had soggy skin and tasted old. And I found a plastic cap in my saucy nuggets!! I could not eat the food. I would not recommend that anyone eats here!!
