I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. I just ordered via UberEats tonight, and everything was fine until it wasn’t. As I was eating my Mac and Cheese side that I ordered, I noticed something black and odd in the food. Unfortunately, a bug. I know things happen, but this means that the establishment isn’t clean and probably isn’t up to inspection standards. I don’t recommend eating from here, I’m sorry. I had to throw everything out – the entire meal. Sucks when you just want to eat after a long day, and end up having to throw the entire order away since the establishment isn’t clean and bugs get into the food. This is definitely a food safety issue, and should be treated as such.

If I’m craving chicken (which is often), I generally go to Popeyes. However, I decided to grab some food here instead (terrible decision). I purchased the 3 piece big box meal that came with 3 pieces of chicken, a dry looking biscuit and 2 sides (mashed potatoes and fries). For starters the chicken was beyond dry and definitely not fresh. In fact, at one point I genuinely thought I bit on a bone and possibly cracked a tooth. Upon further inspection my tooth was still intact for those concerned. The mashed potatoes are a super whipped consistency and don’t even know if it’s real or not. The fries I could work with IF it was fresh, however my Dr. Pepper (the one thing that could’ve made this situation better, tasted nothing like it and was extremely watered down!). The whole experience was highly disappointing, and it reminded me why it’s been years since I’ve had KFC. The only reason for the additional star is for the cashier Olga who was very pleasant when taking my order.
