The staff was very attentive. Orfa was very nice and helped me every step of the way, and Enma R delivered my order almost instantly, with a lovely smile. The chicken and potatoes were delicious and the pot pie is amazing. The good service is what encouraged me to write this review.

I had the pleasance of dealing with a Ms. Olga. She literally brightened my day. She went above and beyond to not only do her job but make sure customer service was top tier. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made sure I had all that I needed and i left happy. The most pleasant experience I’ve had with fast food worker ever. I know this sounds over the top but she is an amazing person. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

When I am looking for a KFC to enjoy chicken, I am usually at this particular KFC in the Sterling area. Parking nowadays is always available, not for lack of business, by the way. The drive thru is busy enough. Today’s visit was not nothing short of satisfying because there was low customer traffic and plenty of seating available. I ordered the three piece combo with a few adjustments to the order. I prefer wing, leg, and breast with coleslaw as a side. And a Mountain Dew because there are no Coke products (hey, nobody is perfect) sold here. The food took a little longer because it was being freshly cooked, and that was a plus. I was advised, handed my drink cup, and waited. The food was hot and well prepared. I prefer it a little later for the sake of crust in the chicken, but I wasn’t concerned. The coleslaw was and still the classic KFC tasting side dish. Note that the atmosphere and the people are very attentive, polite, and welcoming. These are the reasons I like coming here, too. In addition, the food definitely had the classic taste of herbs and spices KFC customers enjoy, and I happen to be one of them. I definitely recommend this KFC located in the Sterling shopping center and hope you’ll patron their business. The staff is cool and sincere when serving their customers.

Put in an order around 11 am to be picked up at 11:45. I get here at 11:45, take my daughter to the bathroom and wait at the counter and this takes me 5 – 6 minutes. An employee asks if I’d like to order i say I’m picking up a mobile order. She looks confused and goes to look for it. I sit there for another 3 minutes and then hear them reciting my order out in Spanish. 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to be picked up and they were just putting it together. People go on lunch breaks for work and put in orders ahead to avoid being late or not being able to eat lunch. Restaurant is never even busy and it’s like this every time I put in a mobile order.

I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. I just ordered via UberEats tonight, and everything was fine until it wasn’t. As I was eating my Mac and Cheese side that I ordered, I noticed something black and odd in the food. Unfortunately, a bug. I know things happen, but this means that the establishment isn’t clean and probably isn’t up to inspection standards. I don’t recommend eating from here, I’m sorry. I had to throw everything out – the entire meal. Sucks when you just want to eat after a long day, and end up having to throw the entire order away since the establishment isn’t clean and bugs get into the food. This is definitely a food safety issue, and should be treated as such.
