The chicken was extremely greasy. I purchased an 8 piece mixed that should have had 2-thighs, 2-wings, 2-drumsticks, and 2-breast. Yet I received 4-thighs, 2-wings, and 2-drumsticks. I didn’t realize it until I arrived home. I tried calling the restaurant but the line stayed busy. I had to call customer service and escalate. They offered me a $5 refund and no more. The chicken is not edible. I am extremely dissatisfied with this location.

Absolutely horrible food. I spent $22 on the fan favorite box and it was awful and barely even edible. The biscuits were dryer than a rock. They chicken and fries were WAY overcooked and instead of being golden brown they were a deep dark brown. Tha means they don’t like to change their frying oil. I hadn’t had KFC in years but decided to last night and it was a huge mistake because I couldn’t even finish a quarter of my meal that I spent A LOT of money on. This place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Please tell me what you think. This is a bucket of? Six pieces? Eight pieces? No! This is supposed to be a 12 piece bucket. 2 stars for biscuits and good customer service. 3pc fried chicken was soggy and the chicken breast was rubbery. Mashed potatoes were thin and watery. Chicken Little sandwich was dried out and tough to bite. The biscuits were the best part of my meal. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.
