I asked for sauce at the drive-thru window, for an online meal, one pack of sauce, what I didnt ask for was the 3rd degree from your associate about how sauce is 50 cents. I can understand if I wanted extra sauce but I paid for a meal. If i ask for 1 sauce packet, it should be given, no problem….how about Retrain your associates on customer service. Definitely going to corporate about her.

Staff are friendly so this isn’t a review on them, more so the establishment. They couldn’t match the same deals available online/on the app which forced me to place an order through my phone, wait for it to be prepared, park and walk in to pick up – I was only planning on a “quick” drive thru lunch. I also still had to wait in line behind people placing new orders just to ask for my pickup order to be handed to me. This may be due to the outdoor surroundings, I noticed some druggies behind the establishment at 1pm on a Tuesday, just a heads up to future visitors.

Was disappointed today when ordering the mac and cheese bowl with chicken although the taste was good. The portion is half the bowl and of a snack size. KFC can afford to fill up the bowl with the Mac and cheese and them few pieces of small chicken bites. Definitely doesn’t look like the commercial. I’m lucky that I also got a 2-pc chicken meal as well because otherwise I would’ve still been hungry.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now. I’d say over half the time something is wrong with my order. I’m lazy so I get it delivered and more often than not I open up my bag and woe and behold it has the wrong food in it. Fortunately it gets refunded but… I’d rather just have my food. I love the Colonel but I think I’m done with this particular KFC

The new nuggets are a big step down, soggy and bland. The fries were also pretty bad. We ordered Mac and cheese but didn’t get it. Most of the order was wrong but we didn’t have time to go in.

Ordered 3 famous bowls, received 3 famous bowls, which are 95% mashed potato, 3% corn, and 2% dry, slightly burned chicken popcorn, which is more like chicken cereal. not like I remember this “famous” bowl. this is unacceptable, mediocre, garbage food.

YUCK. The WORST KFC in the area. Avoid at all costs. The chicken had a weird after taste and the biscuit tasted equally terrible. Again AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 10 out of 10 on the OFFICIAL YUCK METER. YUCK!!!
