J.J. was good with customer service response along with the place being extremely busy. My first is that somebody must have called out. On my receipt it said that ” Wealda” was logged in. A female employee was doing a lot of the food packing and along making sure that the orders was made in the right order.

I went to get wedges today and they were older chewy texture ask for fresh ones they didnt like that as I can see on face and body. Came back it was super crunchy she refried the same fries the one I bit was in there
I can’t make this up. Last time the bun had hair that look like cat hair they were shilpcked as employees sent pictures to corporate something has to be done at this location. The owner doesnt want them to give out their name so customers can’t complain with identification. Its crazy they should look into this establishment thought I was safe with wedges.

Worst experience at a KFC. They don’t offer things listed on the menu (applesauce and milk on the kids menu). They do offer things not listed on the menu (potato wedges). The person taking our order was not helpful. The Pepsi was terrible. No taste, just dark carbonated water. May try another KFC, but will never return to that one.

Went there before the store closing the staffs were very accommodating. The food was not tasting good. Mashed potatoe with corn and cheese with chicken nuggets on it. Tasted not so good. The chicken sandwich was delicious

Ordered online didnt get my biscuit with my meal or the 2 sauces I paid for this is the 3rd time this has happened and when I tried to call before I got my meal to remind them called 6 times and no answer, why is this place still open it’s nasty and dirty inside I’m gonna call the Better Business Bureau and have them do a investigation and inspection on this establishment

Chicken tenders were very dried out and very hard including the wedges. The young lady ringing me up was courteous but everyone else around her were very unprofessional including management. The establishment was very dirty inside. I have not stepped foot inside for years and I clearly saw how much it has changed. Very disappointed. Missing food items but I refused to go back. Overall it was a very disappointing experience
