Got my order wrong , got my food , gave them my receipts , told them these are the items you’ve missed ,checked my food before leavening , was told I didn’t order the items missing , showed them my receipt,
Manger begin to yell and curse that now they have to have mashed potatoes and gravy , I guess they told me I didn’t order them items because they didn’t feel like making more and doing there
Job . Was yelled at for double check and cursed at for correcting them . Stayed calmed and tryed to resolve the issue for them ( which is not my responsibility) she proceeded to get angry and tell me there is now a 35 minute wait for the mashed potatoes ( they forgot in the first place ) took over and hour to get my food . Manger should be fired for not be able to work properly with customers and cursing and yelling while I was with my 4 year old son , KFC please do better . Meanwhile
They all hid in the back no working on there phones

I pulled up to place my order at the drive thru, after sitting for a few minutes no one answered so I pulled around to the window. I arrive at the window and everyone is standing around talking and not working. The “worker” comes to window upset as if I’m bothering her from continuing their conversations, I tell her I’m here to pick up a mobile order. She rolls her eyes and walks away, picks up a bag (that I can clearly see my name on), throws it on the counter, picks it up and takes it to the back, then comes back to the window and hands me the bag. I asked her why she did all that and she states I had to check the bag. I look inside and the food is cold, stale and nothing I’d eat. I go inside for a refund and I’m told they don’t give refunds! I had to call the cops to get this matter dealt with.
BOTTOM LINE DON’T EVER EAT/VISIT HERE!

Had to wait 20 minutes on the drive through window, everything looks dirty especially their window when they handle you the food , only one worker inside the whole restaurant, the food is not fresh i feel bad for the guy by him self he seems good btw

I cannot even begin to explain how this place does not deserve even one star. Maybe it’s expecting too much to order a meal and expected to be ready accurately at the designated time, but that appears to be far too much for this establishment. I ordered from this establishment two times and maybe the last several months and this will be my last. Both times I have ordered food arrived at the time of scheduled pick up, and my order had not even been started.

This place is the pits. The entire staff should be fired. They are VERY RUDE and their customer service is the worse. I was there on Sunday 10/12/25 and the afternoon into evening shift staff are horrible. They are lazy and they don’t want to work. There was no greeting and several employees looked at me dead in my eye while I was standing at the counter waiting to be served. I was ignored and never greeted and stood there for a few minutes before someone approached me. It’s a horrible atmosphere overall.

As we waited in line two coworkers were yelling at each other very loudly in front of customers. Distracted I forgot to request a receipt at the start of my order. Was told the machine was broken. Then I got to the car and saw my actual food was old burnt fries. Will skip this location going forward, hope they get their act together soon.

Absolutely terrible service. (Rude) KFC used to be a treat and enjoyable to go to. It’s a shame because if it had better quality it would be a great place to get food. They let the quality drop to almost zero.

Worse KFC i have ever had. Soggy, super slow! Given 1 less chicken than we ordered, thankfully with how it tasted, we weren’t about to drive all the way back to get it. It didnt taste like KFC and the skin was falling off from being so soggy. Yuck. Never going here again. I never feel good giving scores less than 3 but honestly I have to be fair to others and rate this appropriately. Drive thru was so slow I stayed there a while and thought it was not working so I drove away then came back. The guy was so not interested and it wasn’t even busy when I arrived, I was first in line…… coming from out of town, this was a experience

Ordered online before I got there, when I arrived my food still wasn’t ready they told me 5 min wait which happend to be 15 minutes because they said they said no chicken, they never have pot pies or really anything. THIS PLACE ON THE WEEKENDS IS HELL

we had to wait 45 minutes at the EMPTY drive thru for our food. We had a mobile order so it wasn’t like we could just walk away. No idea what the employee was doing in all that time but they clearly weren’t wearing a headset as we spent nearly 15 minutes trying to talk to the speaker to see if they would answer. Took so long I had to take my infant out and breastfeed her. And when we finally saw them peep their head around the corner the still took their time coming over to us. We still didn’t get the food, the workers told us to cancel it as all they had was extra crispy chicken, so sides, no sodas, zip. I’m angry and unimpressed with this location the last few years but this was the last time I will ever order from them.
