Sat in drive thru for more than 30 min. Did not receive half of what we ordered. We called and were told the other half would be made and brought out to us. We waited another half an hour in the parking lot, the food was still not brought out. Went back into drive thru waiting another 20 min. Eventually we just left there was no point in trying to get the other half of our order or our money back. Also what we had gotten looked inedible for what should be simple burritos.

I went here for lunch, it took my whole half hour to even get my food. Then I came back a couple nights later and ordered a mashed potato bowl with NO CORN and extra gravy….this is what I got!

If you get them at the right time the chicken is really good. The atmosphere is ok. But I highly recommend not using a delivery service because every single time they get it wrong. And it’s a nightmare trying to replace or refund what you lost. For some reason they don’t deliver Taco Bell which is part of KFC

Horrible staff, very ignorant and never think the customer is right. Will close window on you and roll eyes along with throwing hands up. Very mean girls with a non caring manager. Chicken fell apart by the touch, and somehow were completely out of mashed potatoes.

How can you possibly run out of Chicken when you are a Chicken restaurant and for the staff to ignore you because they are not capable of explaining that they are out of Chicken and suggested I get Taco Bell. If you are having a $10 /Tuesday Special why wouldn’t you order a Double Truck. They need a KFC in Towanda and we will show them how it’s suppose to be operated with a clean kitchen/work station and employees who wash their hands before leaving the restroom

Unbelievably slow service. Everyone, including the manager, wandered slowly around like they had nothing to do. The person taking my order had to also dish my potatoes, etc. and did so very slowly as if in a fog. Then all the food sat there getting cold, waiting for someone to scuffle over and decide to bag it.

I wish I could give 0 star. This KFC is the worst KFC in my life. The wait is too long and they don’t care about missing orders. Owner or management needs to be fired. They don’t even cook enough chicken so they want you to wait 30minutes to 1 hour. This place is not KFC, its junk.

Last two times I ordered they forgot something. The second time was a doordash order and all they want to do is give you a 30 day credit. This is after the lady lied and told me that it was the first thing that she put in the bag. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

Yeah, I know prices are crazy and portions are smaller. I stopped by for chicken and instead of getting my usual 8 piece meal, I ordered the 6 piece meal for $20.00 – which use to be the price for 8 pieces. It came with 4 large sides – also smaller, 4 biscuits, less one breast and one wing. I have to say it was perfect. The sides were portion appropriate and the chicken was great. For once, I was not disappointed in the downsize of a food item – it was a great deal and I didn’t miss the two pieces. Also, a large pizza is now over $20.00 so this was a fair price for what I received. The staff here is always nice. I ordered and picked up inside and the wait was minimal. As a side note, if you have a problem with your food, call and ask for the manager. I happen to watch her take care of a problem with an order and it was resolved with no issues. No fuss, no muss. ✌
