This restaurant clearly prioritizes drive through customers over dine in. I went inside and ordered an 8 pc nuggets and have been waiting 15 minutes. The crew has filled several other orders, for drive through and Uber eats. I am still here waiting. You should consider changing the metrics of how your team is measured and give at lease some priority to those coming inside the restaurant. I just received my nuggets , 17 minute wait.

Here tonight and had absolutely horrible service. The large man behind the counter was very rude and did not put the correct order in. When my husband had brought it up the guy argued . I had told him I clearly stated a number 8. And he said I absolutely did not tell him that . I said it clear as day. It’s one thing to make a honest mistake , but to act in the manner he did was not okay. Do better !.

I ordered 2 famous bowls, I got 2 drinks, 2 pie poppers. But received only one famous bowl. The Colonel would be disappointed in y’all. Cherry on top the bowl isn’t even filled to the top. 0 out of 10 stars.

The girl I had tonight 10/22/25 at the register was super nice and conversed with me, she was great! The atmosphere was not. There was another girl I assume a shift lead discussing another workers hand washing habits, although I appreciate her telling him to wash him hands before doing anything I don’t think him not knowing he needed to wash his hands in the first place was great if they don’t know these things and “need reminded” I’m scared to know what goes on when that lady isn’t there to tell him! Also this is my second time within 2 months of ordering there and things being forgotten. I called the first time to let them know they had forgot some things in my order and I didn’t want to drive 35 minutes back to fix it they told me they’d send a coupon for a free meal and never did. I’m not going to bother this time around and make sure I quadruple check everything in the future.

Alr the food was unsually horrible but the service was very good shout out to nathan with the nice service and to top that off there was a fight between 2 workers which made it seem like fight night thursday so that made the atmosphere fire. Aura unmatched.

We had been happily going to this restaurant weekly until we got a very bad order. The person at the window was doing fine until someone, possibly the manager, jumped in — acted annoyed when I asked if it was really my order. Wouldn’t give my card back until asked. Said she couldn’t give me a receipt and rushed us away. When we got hone, to make matters worse, we couldn’t eat the food. The Mac and cheese container was only half full and had a long hair sticking out of the container. The top bun on the sandwich was torn up and looked like it had been Re-wrapped. I called and got someone at corporate who Promised I would receive a call. It’s been a month and I’ve not heard from anyone. Hairy food disgusts me and we won’t go back any way, but an apology would have been nice.
