My husband has a bad slip and fall here yesterday. The ceiling is leaking here really bad. Watch out for the dining area. There were no signs indicating a wet floor. There were only two people running the entire store who were overworked. They were still operating after his fall. There was no incident report done. We were told to write information on a piece of paper and someone would contact me. No one has reached out. He is now at urgent care.

Where do I start. AVOID THIS LOCATION. NO EMPLOYEES, MOST TIME NO CHICKEN, read reviews. Waste of time to go to this location. You are taking huge risk will have chicken, mash potato’s or something else. Poor attitude from employee that was there. Can’t blame him I guess. Been here when zero chicken or mash potato’s. And don’t bother calling customer service. They take report and that’s it. Don’t offer nothing for follow up.

Ordered $75 worth of food and hour and half before we needed it. Door dash driver called and said there was no order. I called and they said they just didn’t make our order. I said order was to be delivered now. Lady said just because u placed an order doesnt mean we will get it and get it ready when you request. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!. KfC lost our business for good!!

Ordering on app was down. I ordered on website and had an order number with the correct address. Pulled up, they did not have the order and gaslighted me saying I was at the wrong place and they did not have any system issues, “If you had placed the order, we would have gotten it”.
I go in, show them I have an order number and the correct address and then they still proceed to gaslight me and tell me they’re working perfectly, it’s my fault.
Told me to go talk to customer service for a refund.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Where do I start?? This used to be my favorite KFC for awhile, but after having a couple of bad experiences with rude staff and food poisoning. I decided to give this KFC one more try. I ordered some chicken and fries and the fries were all kinds of colors. Some of them were white that they looked borderline rotten. Then I went to open my chicken nugget order just to find a chopped up single tender as seen below. Honestly, please avoid this KFC unless you want to get food poisoning to miss a couple days of work.

How this location is even open still is beyond me. We haven’t been to KFC in months because the last two times we ordered from this location, my husband went to pick it up and BOTH times he was told they didn’t have enough food to fill our order (8 pc chicken and 2 sides) and they weren’t going to make any more food. We ere even close to closing time – both times this happened was between 6-7. This time we ordered delivery. Delivery came; everything was sealed and we were missing chicken, 3 mashed potatoes and gravys, and THREE biscuits. If we want KFC in the future, we will order from a different location.

I walked into this place after I wasted 30 minutes waiting for my food and The male worker was doing everything by himself! The two lady’s were just yapping on and on about random stuff. THEY WERE NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING! If you’re going to be talking about something when there are 3 -4 CARS OUTSIDE WAITING FOR FOOD talk about doing YOUR JOB. The chicken tenders were also dry.

Came here twice for lunch in the past two weeks. Both times only one person was working both drive-thru and the dining room at noon. The first time we were in a rush and after waiting at least 5 minutes to even place an order, we left. Again today took over 5 minutes just to place an order. Then had to wait 10 minutes for the food.

Lady at the drive thru was very rude. Asked for a thing of ranch and tried to tell me they didn’t have any when I saw it sitting there. Chicken is so dry. 0/10 recommend. Maybe if the employees had a better attitude this place would do good.
