Every time I order delivery from this location, they fail to include all of the sauces—this happens every single time.

I stopped at the Lewistown KFC on Wednesday September 17th 2025 just around noon time for lunch I got the eight-piece chicken combo with three extra sides the chicken had no KFC flavor or smell it was also dry like it was from the night before or maybe even the day before I hope all the KFCs don’t get this bad

The chicken is way too dry. The pot pies had only a few carrots and peas which makes a pot pie a pot pie. The crust was great, overall it was a little dry as well… maybe you are overcooking everything.

This place was going downhill for a while. Don’t go here nearly as much as I used to but it’s not terrible. My only complaint is they tend to mess up my order when I get a famous bowl meal. Either the person taking the order can’t hear me or doesn’t listen, or whoever makes the food doesn’t pay attention to the order and rushes through it. Got 2 bowl meals for my mother and I for dinner, I ordered a regular one for her, but I get mine with no corn and extra cheese, I got my extra cheese, but also got corn, my mother however, got no corn, so they made 1 modification to both, instead of 2 modifications to only 1 of them

The kids and I absolutely LOVE the chicken potpie bowls!!
When we first became addicted to them they were only $5!!!! That $5 dish came with a drink AND a cookie – wed always put the cookie under the bowl while we ate it so it would be warm when we were finished eating! Sadly they did away with the cookie and it’s now $7 or $8!! Still love it – we just don’t get it as often!!
