I am in absolute disbelief and disgust for the way this place is. For starters the cashier was beyond and extremely rude, constantly cutting us off then asked us to just come to the window to order because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Once we arrived to the window we were yet again greeted with an attitude!! After I am mostly done with my mashed potatoes I find what looks to be hair wrapped around something fuzzy. SO DISGUSTING The fries tasted like old grease. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!! Oh and to add they never gave us our receipt and when I tried calling they never picked up and I called more than twice!!

My wife and I stopped in to try the double down. I have to say that we did not like the sandwich. The cheese and bacon did not enhance the chicken sandwich. The chicken on the sandwich was very good, juicy and hot though.
Although we did not like the sandwich, the service was fast and excellent. We did notice that the tables were all dirty and needed cleaning. There were two tables in use when we arrived and none when we left. We were there about 20 minutes. They do need to keep an eye on the tables to make sure they’re clean. There was also some food debris on the floor.

Was having a bad day on my birthday (4/18) I pulled into this establishment’s parking lot and downloaded the app. Placed my order and went inside 10 minutes later.
When I tell the employee I’m picking an order up for “James” I’m told in a snarky attitude, “James already got his food. Someone came and picked it up.”
I stared at her and tried to show her my order: She didn’t care to look. She told me there’s an order for John… i told her I just parked and placed the order so the odds of someone saying my name and getting my order was very rare. I asked her to make it again. She laughed and gave me a trashy attitude “i can’t make that and I’m not going to, that’s ridiculous.”
I just stared at her… she had AirPods in her ear and either a shaved head or short hair. The manager John came out because we just stood there in silence. She turned her back and fiddled with her phone. She told the manager with an attitude and laughed and the manager didnt look at me once. He did make my food though which was cool. When it was done, he walked with his head everywhere but my direction and placed it on the counter and then looked at a screen. I stared at him waiting for eye contact before blurting out “are we all good now?” He finally made eye contact and pushed the bag up half an inch without speaking… I asked him his name before leaving. This was the most he talked “me, m-my name?… (I said yes and he paused before answering), John”
I planned on making a joke about it being my bday and try to lighten things up but I was just annoyed more and that was some of the worst customer service I ever had… I hope retraining happens for these employees especially the girl with the AirPods in her ear that laughed and denied me my food because she mistakenly gave John my food and didn’t want to own up to it.

Decent chicken, employee was kind and she offered suggestions. But there’s much room for improvement. No turkey or stuffing for thanksgiving? Cleanliness needs work and so does fresh/hot assured food.

They made me show my bank statement to prove I was shorted one pot pie. They said I needed my receipt, of course they are under new management. Most of the fast foods ask you if you even want your receipt. It was a $6 pot pie they wanted me to show my bank statement to prove I paid for it. All fact that she made me go through all that is crazy it was a chicken pot pie for haven sakes. 15min later she gave me my pot pie.

Ah, so this is what it means to get older… I’ve reached the point where enough has changed that KFC just doesn’t do it any more. It’s the shrinking crispy strips. It’s the inflated prices. It’s the dry meat you get after it sits under a heat lamp all evening. It’s the generic, unseasoned fries that you can get anywhere.
If you want a hot meal quickly, they’ve still got that going for them, but if you want value for money, it’s time to look elsewhere.

I dont often have enough of an impression of a place to leave a review, but there’s a guy there named Ryan that is an absolute stud muffin. I rarely have occasion to eat at this chain so I had questions about what to get. Instead of being impatient about it, he took his time, cracked some jokes, and gave such great service I felt I had to mention it. It made my day to meet someone like that! I also noticed another employee walking across the lot and he went out of his way to pick up someone else’s litter. It’s nice to see people taking pride in their workplace.
The food was pretty good, too! Definitely recommend.
