My wife and I stopped in to try the double down. I have to say that we did not like the sandwich. The cheese and bacon did not enhance the chicken sandwich. The chicken on the sandwich was very good, juicy and hot though.

Ah, so this is what it means to get older… I’ve reached the point where enough has changed that KFC just doesn’t do it any more. It’s the shrinking crispy strips. It’s the inflated prices. I got the spicy Mac & cheese bowl. It was delicious and spicy! We also got a snack bowl and it was good. The reason this place gets 3 stars is the PRICES! Everything is significantly higher than my home town of Hanover. This location is taking advantage of Hersheypark & hospital visitors by ripping us off because there’s not much else around that’s quick and people are hungry on their way home. I will be avoiding this location because of that blatant shady pricing strategy.

Employees always have an attitude and act like they hate there job (don’t work there then) Just went there at 9:30 and girl told me they’re closed and then argued with me when i said the website says 10:00. Maybe you shouldn’t close early or change your website hours. ♀️

I was supposed to pick up an online order and I got to the store more than 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. They closed early and told me they didn’t make my food. Waste of time. Go to Chick-fil-a because they actually understand customer service.
