We had the 5 piece dinner for two and the 20 piece chicken wings. There were three ginormous chicken breast and two wings . The 20 wings were the best I have had. Food was hot and tasty. We also had the cold slaw and mashed potatoes. Restaurant was very clean. Dawn and her team did an incredible job. 5 stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ KFC has upped their game !

If I could go 0 stars I would. First of all you walk in and it’s nasty looking. Second you go to to the self checkout and order your food and there’s no signs saying anything at all about them being out of fries, Mac and cheese and other items. Once you order your food you wait forever no lie to get your food and once your food comes it’s wrong. I order mashed potatoes with no gravy what do I get ? Gravy I then ask for a new one. Go back to the table and I notice my order is missing fries too I go up and ask for them and they say oh we are out of fries like how are you out of fries when that’s a big item on your menu not only that but he just stands there like we are out of them nothing I can do for you. So I said can you give me something else instead and he said well I have to ask my manager first like you should have been offering that without me having to ask. Then I also didn’t get any biscuit with my combo and on top of it the side servings were literally for kids like it was a family combo how am I gonna have enough for 4 people when I can literally eat the whole side with one spoon full. Food wasn’t even hot either ! Manager has no communication won’t even come to the counter to explain anything or help resolve it. Waste of money !! Don’t go there. And if you do check your orders because who knows how many people got shorted items that they never said they were out or offered to replace them especially if you ordered online and came to pick up. Very very bad service !

This was my first stop at KFC, and it was a good experience with a few things I wish were different. It took some time to order, but they were busy, so that was not their fault. My food was fast and correct, but my fries were cold. The big problem I had was with the stocking. There was no ketchup or lids. I did get both once I asked, but it took time to get them. The condiment area was not clean, very sticky. The staff were nice and polite, but I wish the soda and condiment area were stocked and clean. Other than that, the sanhwhich was good and correct. I would stop again to see if it was a different experience.

Just bought an 8 piece , dark meat only, extra crispy, no side no drinks…….$21.00.
You can go to any grocery store and get the same 8 piece fried chicken for less than $10.00 and it’s just as good if not better. No wonder there was only 2 people in there at lunch time.

Yesterday around 5:30pm (dinner time) my family & I travelled 25 miles one way to go to the Clearfield PA KFC, as it is now the only one in our area. We placed our order on the kiosk; Feeding 2 adults and 1 child now costs $50 at this establishment: that’s a decent chunk of change! Once we finally got our order, we sat down. All the tables in the lobby were dirty. We had to ask for plates, as even tho we ordered meals & sides for dine in- they gave us nothing to eat on. The meal was absolutely the WORST meal I’ve ever had at any KFC establishment. Our chicken, though just being served to us, was cold and the skin was like rubber. French fries and wedges were cold. The last straw was our biscuits- Literally GOOEY RAW in the middle!! All while a ton of flies buzzed around us in the lobby, landing on us, our food etc. DISGUSTING! I had every intention of speaking with the manager, however she was already busy dealing with other upset costumers. Can’t imagine what their problem was…

I ordered it with high expectations during my food trip, but the fried chicken and french fries that looked like they had been painted were the worst. I will never eat KFC again. It’s really garbage food.
