The lady at the drive thru was rude and tried to rush me. My first time at KFC and I explained I needed a minute AND there was nobody in line behind me. I explained that nobody was in line and she kept rushing me. When I saw her authentic window, I commented about how she rushed me and was rude. She said “that does not matter.” I will not be going here again. Perhaps I should have looked at the other reviews first…

Workers here suck. They are rude and entitled. I had a mobile order that was paid for 3 hours in advance to be ready to walk in and have no order ready and a rude worker saying this is all I have on the shelf…. hmm im pretty sure I paid 3 hours ago for food to be ready at a specific time and then basically get told oh well if it isn’t there we dont have it. Worst kfc ive ever been to. I will be calling the corporate office.

Downgrading my rating sadly. Showed up 10 mins before closing for a last min dinner was told no because they shut the kitchen down 30 mins before closing. Normally I don’t show up later but tonight nothing was going right sadly. I wish they would post on their socials and here that their closing starts 30 mins before the hours posted.

The worst drive through experience I have ever had! I was told to pull around to a parking spot because the chicken sandwich meal I ordered would take 13 minutes. Pulled around and saw four other vehicles in the parking lot in the same situation. I was confused, but sometimes things happen. I’m not that uptight. I waited for 15 minutes and watched everyone else clear out including people going inside to order after me and leaving before me. Then, a worker finally strolled out of the building to tell me that the manager accidentally deleted my order and that it would be out in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by! Finally, a different worker came out with my food. Then, no apology, no compensation, AND my spicy chicken sandwich had no spicy sauce. And my fries were cold. Who’s running this place???? I will not give this KFC my business again. Plus it’s overpriced. Zero stars if I could.

Expensive even by today’s “standard”. Quality is lower than standard KFC quality, as there is new staff training each week. Management was VERY rude and short spoken to customers, and ESPECIALLY the staff performing duties. The manager also yelled the entire time, unnecessarily I might add. Amount of pure GREASE in containers and food would be enough to oil my motorcycle chain! Quality is inconsistent, management and SOME staff was very unpleasant and did not appear as if they wanted to be there. Attitude was just generally very poor.

Most local restaurants have the same menu items, maybe even for a better value. Please pass on this fad restaurant, and do yourself the HUGE favor+flavor of going RIGHT around the corner to mom+pop local restaurants that will be FAR, far more likely to give you a total overall better dining experience and food!

First off I want to say I think it’s messed up the first black guy I see in this town is working at a fried chicken place. Anyways I think service could be better. Drive thru worker was rude. Price for food is kinda bad too. It didn’t taste bad though.

Went 1.5 hrs before closing. Was told 25 minute wait on pot pie. 15 minute wait on chicken tenders and there looked to be no other food thay was ready to be served anytime soon. Older manager woman just glared at us the entire time. Told my friend they clearly didn’t wanna serve food and we left. Get someone who gives at least a little more than whoever is running the show now.
