Havent had this place in months due to getting everything served cold last time, so decided to give it another try today for lunch.. To start off I felt fine all day, nothing was wrong at all. Well I ended up getting an order of cheese curds and the classic mac n cheese bowl. Everything was good, everything seemed fine. Then 25 minutes later when getting home, I got really sick and dont feel well at all.. Idk if it gave me food poisoning or what but needless to say I dont think im ever coming back!

This location is in need of a facelift! I’m talking major facelift!!! You can see how old their equipment is in the food prep area. And who is hiring the people working there? Every time I go in there are 2 people working only. This is why it looks dirty and worn out. Food all over the floor in the prep area. One person taking orders and packing them? What is wrong with that situation? That place should be wiped down and clean throughout the production of cooking the food and packing it for customers. The outside of the place looks like rundown KFC has been in a war zone. If I owned this franchise I would be embarrassed. Clean it up! Hire more folks that want to work and train them to clean. Because if you have time to sit, which I did see a man sitting on a 5gal bucket, you have time to clean and wipe down.

Door dashed food, didn’t receive HALF the meal, called and manager says nothing they can do about it, this is one of many interactions. This location is horrible they always mixup, switch, or forget peoples orders when it’s right in front of their faces.

I orderered delivery tonight. One took almost an hour & half to cone. Teo forgot half my order. Three when I asked manager how I’d he going to fix he told me to call customer service. When I told I worked retail for 30 years and management fixed on the spit he daid this different then retail. I like to know who teaches ppl customer service now a days. Im never going back to KFC.

The store had pieces of chicken on the ‘just’ dirty floor. The chicken tasted off. My wife said funny, off. I said chemical. The gravy and potatoes were not the same. The gravy wasn’t even hot. The cole slaw wasn’t bad. So, all in all, a very negative experience for supper. Hope that they get their stuff together.

15 minute wait in drive through, pulling into lane twice, no response…. Went inside to order a famous bowl then had a 30 minute wait before food was served, calling corporate!!!!! It was not busy!

I placed an order online, and the confirmation email gave a pickup time. We arrived on time and went through the drive-thru, but the employee said my order had just appeared on their screen. I was told to pull around to the front and someone would bring it out.
There were no designated pickup spots, so I parked where they could see me. After 16 minutes with no food, I went back through the drive-thru to check. The employee said, “Oh, it’s been sitting here on the rack—you can grab it.” I reminded her that she had told me earlier they’d bring it out.
When I got to the window, she said, “Well, at least it’s hot, right?” Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case—while the chicken was fairly hot, the biscuits were old, hard, and dry, and the mashed potatoes tasted awful. Disappointing experience, especially after ordering a large meal and living only 5 minutes away.

Normally, I really like KFC, but my experience at this location today was horrible. How terrible is it that they won’t put out napkins and salt pepper utensils they don’t put any of that out where we can get it don’t offer. It have to wait in line employees act like they don’t even wanna give you anything have a terrible attitude. Food was mediocre fountain drink. The Pepsi tasted horrible like it needed more syrup. Everything just made it a horrible experience employees who acted like they really didn’t even wanna be there
