Worst kfc. Ran out of bowls for the famous bowls and put them in these tiny containers instead. Asked for dr. Pepper gave me Pepsi and said yeah we ran out so we substituted it. Like no i would have gotten a refund.

I have nothing good to say about any kfc in the Erie area. Always long wait times 30 minutes plus. Locations are so out dated they look terrible. Employees are always behind. The food nothing special. Who ever runs these location’s doesn’t seem to care.

So expensive, so we only get it once a year. It is so worth it because the food is always stellar. The service is very prompt, even though the chicken is almost never sitting in a warmer window it’s almost always fresh everytime you get it. I haven’t been there in so long I didn’t know that they came out with this new specialty drink carrying container! It is phenomenal

Got the family meal for takeout twice from this store (first time it was missing the biscuits) so I called and they made it right, so when I go the second time they forget to put the chicken in my order. I get home for lunch with my family from KFC and there is no chicken! I call the store many times and never even get my call answered. Would not recommend. I ended up having to submit a complaint through corporate to get the situation rectified.

Stopped for lunch had one of there mashed potato meal bowl , is wheelchair Accesible on the driveway entrance side ( the ramp is a little old use care ) has available Wi-Fi and has SOBE sugar free in the soft drink dispenser . The only minor complaint was the chocalate chip cookies were a little on the hard/stale side .

Poor customer service. Employee made ordering complicated, very dirty everywhere, not a table clean except the one closed for covid, the soda was flat went to get juice came out as water, please need cleaned up! As well as the radio is very staticky and a large humming noise coming from same area!

Slow service with zero sense of urgency. Multiple customers waiting for their orders. One of the items we ordered was a pot pie. After 5-7 minutes of waiting, they discovered they were out of pot pies. One partial order went out the door to a waiting customer. One customer came back in to say he was missing an item…”we’re out”. No option to replace. Guy doing most of the order filling was wearing gloves, but after going outside and coming back in, he simply changed gloves without washing his hands. Used the same tongs to pick up chicken and biscuits. Sometimes he would just use his hands instead of the tongs. At one point, he rubbed his eye with his gloved hand and just went back to filling orders. No order to the workers…looked pretty chaotic
