In the past couple months I have ordered food here 3 times. Each time it was a terrible experience. Once they forgot the chicken and I had to call corporate to get that refunded. Each order was wrong. And Each time it was an hour wait. The last time I took pictures. It was FILTHY. Absolutely gross. I’m done. I don’t need fried chicken that bad.

The last two times I have bought from them the chicken was terrible. The first time was the chicken tenders, they were grisly. Including the tenders in the famous bowl. Last night we got a bucket of chicken and it was not edible. I literally had to throw it away and order pizza.

Late night run to Walmart and quick bite to eat! Was craving the coleslaw. 86ed! Was told they couldn’t make it because it had to sit for a day?!?! Several customers left due to being out! Overall the restaurant was VERY dirty. Went to grab packets of hot sauce and they were out! Food came up and they never called our number! Bathroom was about as clean as a porter potty!! Cashier was extremely nice and explained about the coleslaw. Poor kid was embarrassed for sure!! #fastfoodishorriblesanymore

Negative experience , fried batter, not even chicken wings. Plus I asked for bbq wings and they gave me hot and spicy. I let it go because I got an extra drink, but the experience was bad.

As the other reviewers have stated, this place is not going to be around much longer…This is the worst fast food place in Hermitage. It IS this specific location, the ones down in Pittsburgh are actually good. Not only is the customer service ZERO, the food is atrocious. As usual, they were out of coleslaw giving me an excuse it had to sit for a day. Another review 2 months ago mentioned the same thing, problem NOT fixed. I asked for my sauces at the window, I also asked for butter/honey for the biscuits, as well as napkins. Got home, and saw the sauces were not the ones I asked for, no butter/honey and no napkins… My wife called to complain and spoke to the manager, she said they were out of napkins!! How are you out of napkins as a fried chicken place! Totally unacceptable. Tenders were more like floppy fingers, and disgusting. Fries were gross as well. Won’t be back and I doubt it will be around much longer.

Barely deserves a star. I told the drive thru worker we wanted a 16 pc tender and we got a 16 pc bucket that was thrown together. The mashed potatoes used to be good and now they taste like box potatoes which is gross! The Mac n cheese ain’t no better. Fries were salty. The only good thing was the gravy.

I cannot put into words how terrible this KFC is. The employees are terrible. Always have an attitude. Food always cold. Ordered a regular fry and i kid you not i got 5 fries in the little container. I went in to get the issue corrected and the terrible employee asked me in a rude tone “what do you need?” And when i asked for my issue to be fixed she rolled her eyes. Got another fry, threw it in a bag, fries were dumped all over the bag, threw it on the counter and walked away. I have tried to contact corporate many times over this issue and i never even get a response. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Dont come here.
