They can’t make nuggets worth a crap, I called them and asked if they messed up, but nope, he told me their nuggets are smaller than McDonald’s, didn’t say anything about bringing them down for a refund, didn’t deny their nuggets were nothing like other KFC’s, the dude didn’t care, so I wasted 30 dollars, won’t happen again, at least I won’t buy their nuggets ever again, I have ate here before, and it was fine, but don’t give me your dried out nuggets and act like they hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for 10 hours, they was terrible. I don’t think we even got 12 nuggets, so don’t buy their nuggets people.

I stopped here shortly after 9pm last night and the lady who was taking my order at the drive thru told me they did not have any chicken other than 4 original pieces. I asked if they could sell a family meal or even some tenders or spicy pieces, but she said they only had 4 pieces to sell with a slight attitude in her voice. At one point, I though to ask what DO you have to sell on your menu but then decided I was going to pass and not go through the trouble. As I pulled out of the driveway, the place looked like they were already closed (with lights dimmed and no one in there) an hour before their posted closing time at 10pm. I don’t think a place should advertise late hours and sell very little of anything. I guess they stop cooking new chicken after a certain time but it was a real disappointment. I left hungry and debating what to bring back to my family while looking for an alternative place to eat. Ultimately, ended up going to Hardee’s down the road, where the staff and food were much better. I’d probably not go back to this unwelcoming location but we will see.

Soooo the drive though speaker is almost unusable. They can’t hear you and you can’t hear them. Unless there is no traffic which is not often today. Getting past that, the Manager is really nice and most of the employees are friendly and accommodating. KFC hasn’t changed in a long time so you either like them or you don’t. Personally I do. They added a Nashville hot chicken sandwich to the menu which my wife and I both love. That being said, they are starting to get sloppy and foolish with the making of the sandwich. One case in point was the recent use of 12 pickles on one sandwich. Now I like pickles, but seriously?? They are slopping the sauces on the sandwich and making a mess of them. So how about take the time to make it right and quit being foolish and wasteful with the ingredients.

I went there before and they had no chicken what’s there another time I asked for original in a extra crispy the next time I go I asked him if they can dip the wings in the sauce and she said yes and they didn’t and they expect me to drive all the way back down there to get the sauce

Arrived at drive thru at 1245. No other cars in line. Ordered chicken sandwich. Was told to park and wait. 25 minutes later, I’m considering whether it’s worth it to go demand a refund before driving off.

Horrible place. You order food put extra emphasis on no pickles. Then they announce the order is ready with pickles and then get an attitude when you once again tell them you asked for no pickles.
