I ordered via Uber eats my order contained chicken that was uncooked and feathers visible. I took pictures and returned order to the store. While there I spoke via cell to a manager that informed me to go back to Uber eats to obtain a refund. I searched for a number which informed me to use the chat. Chat informed me no refund I know chat is AI. I returned to the store asked for another manager clerk never identified his position. Gave me the same number only for merchant’s. To date no refund. Uber gave me $5.00 Uber money, $62. My money for inedible food.

Ordered delivery. The bbq Korean fries I think were a weird combination. Was not a fan of them at all. My chicken was a little overdone and darker, but surprisingly still juicy. Wasnt a fan of the potato cakes or whatever they were called. Didn’t care for the nuggets either. I feel like they used to be different? They forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy which was sad . Overall wasn’t awful just wasn’t amazing either. Oh but hey they remembered all my sauces 🙂

went to the location to get a 10 piece bucket. as has happed prior two or three times over the last year, i only received 9 pieces. called the store manager to let them know, no one would answer the phone, so called corporate. food overall has been pretty bad. chicken is usually overheated, dry, and hard to eat. will never go there again, suggest others look for a better location for better food and better service.

I got the 5 peice chicken tender box from west view and it was trash literally. Went in the trash. The chicken was disgusting and not edible. It tasted like old grease and it was cold. Some of the fries was burnt and but I still managed to eat them. Fast food workers just don’t care anymore. First and last time ordering from here. The only good thing here was the Pepsi and the biscuits!

I asked for a chicken sandwhich with no pickles. It had pickles. Came back, asked for another without pickles. Guy said I could keep the sandwhich. Another rude woman walked over to my table, told me I didnt say no pickles despite the fact that I did, and then demanded I return the sandwhich.

Absolutely terrible experience. My girlfriend and I have tried this KFC multiple times and they’ve made 1 or more mistakes each time. However, today really takes the cake. And this is coming from somebody who has never left a bad review for anything. Anyway, we ordered 2 mashed potato bowls. Pretty standard, right? Check the attached photo. No corn. No cheese. Barely any mashed potatoes. And wait here’s the kicker…the chicken was ripped up chicken strips, not popcorn chicken! Not only did they give us something that was so obviously not a mashed potato bowl, they locked the doors and did not answer at the drive-through when we attempted to return the “mashed potato bowls” (please keep in mind this was at least 1 hour before closing). Friends, do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

Worst drive thru experience ever. First we waited for someone to take our order. Then the guy told my husband he couldn’t hear him and he needed to order inside. My husband had throat cancer so his voice is gruff sometimes So I said the order and he told me he couldn’t hear me. My voice is very loud so I know he could hear me. So we pulled up to the drive through window and he said “Naw you can’t be wasting my time. Go inside.” Nobody else was in the drive through. We are elderly. Why should we have to get out to go inside? So we nust left. I called 3 times for the manager and was hung up on every time. I will never give them my business again. They need to train their employees on manners.
