Horrible service my dad went here today and said the person at front told him they didn’t have certain items and that’s she don’t run the place in a rude way. Like why even accept the job if you don’t even have care behind your voice when helping customers. We understand you run out but there is a way of communicating… this place should be tore down

Bought the $5 2-piece deal at the drive thru. It’s supposed to be a drum and a thigh, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. I requested spicy.
I received what’s pictured – two drums (not spicy), mashed potatoes, and no biscuit. Not sure how or why they messed up so badly. This wasn’t worth $5.

First let me say the man who took my order was “WONDERFUL”! Thank you for taking my order with such delight! My order was taken efficiently and kindly, my ordered was filled quickly and when I finally arrived home after a long days work I was greeted with a perfect order including napkins and utensils! THANKS KFC for “doing it right”!

Absolutely terrible food, no drinks, out of Pepsi products, out of coleslaw. Chicken is tough, difficult to chew. My order of hot wings and wedge fries with coleslaw, when I arrived home and opened the box I had wings only. It took four calls back to the store before someone answered. I was told to come in for a replacement meal. I went the next day and was given another meal in place of the hot wings but no coleslaw. The entire experience with the 15221 KFC was disappointing. The restaurant needs updated the entry doors cleaned. I know this was the last time I will purchase from that location.

Even though they are understaffed, they are doing the best they can. They are working hard on getting their speed together- which I get is sometimes hard with only two or three people in the store. I give them credit where it’s due, and these young people definitely deserve the credit. They work hard to fulfill customer needs accurately and it a timely manner.

Placed a mobile order via app 10 minutes prior to arrival. When I arrived I was told I would have to come inside to pickup. Once I came inside to the counter they let me know that my order is not ready. After which I waited well over 30 minutes. This was the worst fast food service I have ever received. I only ordered two entrees Staff was also very unpleasant. Negative 5 stars!!!!!!!!

We ordered our meal roughly around 7:45pm. We arrived at 8:19 for pickup. The app indicated our meal was ready. Was told it would be another twenty five minutes. We came back 25 minutes later 8:45 and were to come back ten in ten minutes. This KFC used to have excellent service but lately it just seems like they get orders wrong or are running behind. This is the first we’ve ordered from there and left without a meal. We’ll be disputing the transaction through our bank as we were unable to cancel through the app.
