Young girl working drive thru window is extremely goofy, I asked her for a certain sauce with my order that I did not get meanwhile there was nobody in line with me no reason to be forgetful during shift also she tried to say I didn’t give her 9$ for my order which I know for a fact I did because I counted before even coming through the line usually I have a better experience but this time this girl was on the childish goofy kind of side

The food was great however they messed up our order. We were shorted mashed potatoes and we were also shorted biscuits. We went to the drive through so by the time we got home we did not realize what was missing from our bag.

It’s KFC, so it’s good eating. But the service usually feels more like you’re talking to a robot, not a person that has any idea what’s going on, and the building itself usually just feels dingy and grimy. Sometimes the floor is so slippery from grease that you actually have to struggle to stay up. I’d never eat here, just grab it and go home.

The food wasn’t that good. We had 2-piece combo and drinks. The chicken was not crispy but watery. The service was average. They have a place to eat but their restroom is horrible. I wonder when did they clean it or did they ever! We were traveling and was hungry so stopped by, otherwise we would not bother.

Used the app to order ahead. 25 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready, and still no food. The floor is slick with grease, and the place looks generally dirty and is disorganized. I witnessed bare-handed workers putting chicken in a bucket, and pushing down on it to get the lid to go on. But mostly they’re all just standing around looking confused as several people who ordered ahead wait, and wait, and wait.

Terrible. Was inside for 10 mins drinking water waiting for my family and the manager comes to tell my boyfriend and I we have 5 mins until we have to leave. I was shocked, we did nothing but sit there and talk to each other. I have no idea if it was because we had water to start or what but there was a guy sitting right next to us came in the same time as us and got water as well he said NOTHING to him. lol absolutely disgusting. Discrimination at its finest.

We haven’t had KFC in a long time. Their newest commercial had me craving the spicy chicken sandwich. They had two kinds, buffalo and National Hot. I got the National Hot.
Let me first say, you get what you see in the commercial. The chicken was NOT lost in the bun. The sauce was hot and deliciously amazing!
The staff was patient while we (hubby) looked over the menu board.

Ordered on door dash I told driver to check food and the lady at the window had a fit. Got my food and my chicken sandwich was 2 tenders I ordered a tea and got soda plus no sauce. This place is trash and needs better workers
