Order 3 pc tender meal large. Got my drink first then told it would be right up and closed the window. Another girl opens the window says 3 pcs tenders and slams the window and walks away. I asked for bbq sauce and it wasn’t in the bag and fries weren’t a large. I sat at the window for a good 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention but apparently there was some kind of argument happening so I drove off.

Ordered 38.00 worth of food. Chicken bucket chicken was cold and stringy. The three tenders for 8.99, it was kids size tenders. Done with this fast food, they know how to charge but are unable to deliver quality fast food.

I have tried to order from here 4 times over the past year and every single time something was wrong. First tome they completely forgot an order of 6 biscuits. Second they gave spicy chicken instead of normal
Third they gave the incorrect meal. And fourth just a few days ago they gave me the wrong side. Each time the receipts showed the proper order.

The service was good but the food was borderline inedible. Our tenders were okay, though some were basically large chicken nuggets. My fries were obviously hours old, or overcooked some I couldn’t chew. I will say the only saving grace was the biscuit which was very good.

Ordered a famous bowl and got famously horrible food after the 10 minute drive thru wait. Looks like they made this bowl at 12pm and served it to me at 6pm. Won’t be going back if this is what my money gets me.

Mess up. Ordered on 11/21/23 via the mobile app giving them another try since my family is large we always have a large order. I ordered 4 famous bowls 4 wraps 8 piece meal and a pot pie. They missed three chicken bowls and the pot pie. Told them they missed the famous bowl and totally didn’t account for the pot pie because the employee basically called me a lier about not having the famous bowl even though I unpacked my entire order in front of them. The sticker on the mobile order listed every item and clearly the employees didn’t read and confirm they packed everything I want a refund for my pot pie as you can clearly see it was missed
