This location should just close. 6pm closing time is enough to suggest that to begin with. Ordered delivery at 510’ish not realizing they closed. Didn’t get half my order and it was all blatant stuff. Peaches & cream mt dew? No cream for you. Bacon? Nah even though you pay like $3 more for it! Of course Uber didn’t make me happy so I’ll be complaining to kfc corporate for some coupons I won’t use. Won’t be ordering here again & hope to see y’all on unemployment soon.
I always rated this location five stars. According to other reviews a manager walked out two months ago and the store has been rated garbage since. I wonder why?

Went to KFC today, got a 8 piece chicken bucket, it came with a large mash potato and gravy, a large coleslaw, 4 biscuits..
great meal,, the staff are amazing, friendly, also willing to interact with small talk.. they all appreciate the support.

Placed an order online at 6pm arrived at 6:15 to pick up. The doors were locked so we went through the drive thru. Sat there for 10-15 minutes while everyone walked around ignoring us. Called repeatedly until someone answered and told me they were closed and if I wanted a refund for the order I already paid for I needed to request it through the mobile app. I don’t understand online and on the app it says closes at 8pm. Drive home and went on the app spent 30 minutes waiting for someone named “Riddles” to tell me I have to wait for the store to contact me and they can’t refunding me. I now need to wait for the store to contact me? I dont understand how this place remains open. Refund my money I won’t be back!
No one from the store has reached out and they wont answer the phone. Went back to the app to see about getting a refund they told me that they sent me a $20 voucher for my $37.97 order that was never received. This is crazy!!!

Employees cussed my grandmother because their manger quit on the spot right before having an interaction with her. All she was asking was an update on her good that she ordered off the kiosk and was waiting long for it. The person who took charge after the manger quit also refused refund to her. As my grandmother was being cussed out for something that is completely out of her control other employees stood there and laughed at the situation. No one else bother to help but laugh in my grandmothers face, for simply asking for an update and a refund for the service and treatment.i also called the store and talked with a child who tried to defend why it was okay to cuss out an old woman. Don’t go here, bunch of immature idiots.

Ordered online, they forgot both drinks and when I brought it to the woman’s attention at the window she rolled her eyes and told me “nuh-uh!” When I told her I had two drinks. Also ordered twister wrap and it was just chicken and mayonnaise wrapped in a tortilla. No lettuce or tomato. Super disappointing visit, will not be back.

I went to put in an online order, but the restaurant didn’t open at the time they said they did. When i went to cancel my order, i had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. Which after a half hour of fighting with them, i was not eligible for the cancelation “window”. Absolutely disgraceful for a company. No food, no refund, completely disgusted.

I’m really impressed. The food was good, surprisingly affordable with their box deals and the two dudes up front should be regional managers. If every KFC had the same level of customer service that those two provided the company would win awards.

Just wanted chicken for the first time in years from KFC, just one bowl. And they are closed at 6pm?? People are in there all Lights off, they say online they close at 9:30. Terrible never coming again get better staff

I saw an employee taking several bags to a car outside, I thought he was taking orders out to people waiting. As it turns out the manager was helping a man with a cane carry an order to his car. Great to see such nice people working here.
