The service here has always been incredibly slow but on my last visit, it was unacceptable. I went in because the drive thru line was insane, and I was ordering the new cheese curds so I figured that would be quickest. I waited 20 minutes for three tiny bags of cheese curds that were burnt and the cheese had exploded out. There was no sense of urgency from any of the workers, they were just roaming around, seemingly confused. I recommend dining elsewhere!

Stop on our way traveling to Ohio. Excellent food and service. It was on the busy side when we arrived just before noon, Sunday. Wait time was accepted and comparable to other KFC locations. The dinner room was clean and arranged in a good flow. They could benefit from another trash can. The light fixture was cool with a chicken bucket as the center.

If you don’t have at least 30 minutes to wait, avoid this KFC.
This is by far the SLOWEST location I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time of the day or night I stop in, I have wait anywhere from 25-45 minutes for chicken.
Last night, I waited 23 minutes. There were 7 employees and a manager, no one knew what they were doing. The last 9 minutes of my wait were due to one of the employees not knowing how to put the food in a bag. ♀️ She kept hollering my order was ready, but wouldn’t give it to me because she “didn’t know how to bag the bags.” All she had to do was place 2 paper bags in the larger plastic bag. But she kept running her mouth until someone left their station to place the bags in a larger bag for her.
It was infuriating.
Management needs to train their staff, and teach them how to have food ready during busy times. The whole place is a disaster.
On a positive note, it is one of the cleanest restaurants in the area. That is the only reason I continue to give them additional opportunities to improve.

I went tonight at 5:30 I placed my order at the kiosk, I should’ve looked around before placing the order, people waiting and customers wanting their money back. The manager yelling at her employees if I don’t get a bathroom break you don’t either. 41 minutes for my take out order. I normally would’ve left unfortunately nobody was at the register for a refund. When new customers came in, they told customers it’s a 40 minute wait. The store was not clean either.

Okay, the staff are always friendly and polite. Everytime I’ve gone because the chicken hunger hit me its like playing whack a mole to discover what they actually have on hand. If you are open until 10pm you should not run out of cooked chicken and/or half the sides by 8pm. Fries not immediately fresh from the fryer are always ice cold. If they have a heat lamp its not being used.
Before 8pm good food and friendly staff, after 8pm search elsewhere if you’re hungry.

Took over 50 minutes to receive 8 nuggets and fries.
The drive thru was served quickly while those inside waited.. this in addition that they did not have bone in chicken available.

The workers all seem confused and like its their first day. Absolutely terrible drive thru experience. It took 20 minutes to order. Absolutely will never be back. The manager should probably get up and help if they are so far behind.

Was Greeted at the drive thru window By Darrel ! Awesome awesome customer service ! Super friendly remembered our order to the T and was gracious at the window greeting us with smile !! Heads up, was there at 7:45pm tonight. Multiple customers were told that the cooks left and they quit cooking at 7:30pm. They sell chicken, they’re open until 10pm, yet they stopped making it?? Several doordash orders had to be canceled because they were OUT of cooked chicken, and no cooks were there to make more chicken… One customer was told it would be half an hour wait for chicken tenders. How can you run a business like that???
