Very busy place. They told us they were working short and it showed with Taco Bell very slow and KFC reasonably slow. Food was as expected. DoorDash guy said he waits the longest here if anyplace he goes.

Service sucks, food sucks, prices sucks. Honestly only reason I go to this place is cause I live down the street and the kids asks for it. Everytime I go there it feels like they are making up prices, wait for anywhere from 20 mins to close to a hr for my food and they always and I mean always forget something or mess up my order. I could go in there and order a 2 things and they’d “forget” one. Wish I could say this is one or 2 times. But quiet literally every time never fails. It’s too the point that I’d rather drive to the other location in the neighboring town to get half decent food without a problem.

Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Quality of food is in the toilet and the prices are sky-high. You can buy a family-size package of five pounds of chicken breasts at Wegmans ($12) and feed six people for the cost of one gross, nasty, garbage, highly processed, badly made, overcooked, dry meal for one here.

Last night 03/30/2023, I went through the drive through and placed an order for the 8 piece bucket,2 sides & biscuits. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly! Yes, red still on the inside of the chicken!! The coating on some of the chicken was mushy like that wasn’t cooked also. $32 in the garbage, Highly disappointed.

Word of advice, always open your order and verify it, these folks don’t look or care they just hand you something and hope you’ll leave. Half the time they won’t even verify who you are before handing you a bag, especially in the drive thru DO NOT pull away until you verify your order because it’s likely not even yours. Especially especially if it’s late at night because they’ll dump the dried out stuff stuck in the back all day so they can save the better pieces for tomorrow! Be careful out the everyone, can’t even trust KFC anymore.

I placed an order on January 1st for pickup at 2:00 p.m. So silly us we assumed it would be ready for 2:00 p.m. So my father left early to make sure he was there in time to pick it up for two. When he gets there they tell him it’s going to be 5 minutes or so till the chicken is done which he says fine and waits. 30 minutes later they tell him the order is ready. Then they tell him that the order was not actually for crispy but for original recipe. Which is not true as I ordered through the app I know what I purchased and I don’t buy original recipe is it always ends up mushy…. I always check the box for crispy, and I always get the crispy every time.
So overall not really happy as it took an extra hour in the end just to get the food and it was still wrong. I’d love to hear back from the store manager on this. Not really acceptable all the way around. Pretty sure nobody wants to start eating their lunch at 3:40 p.m. , am I right?? Management please contact me. If I don’t hear back by Friday I will be contacting corporate. I did try calling directly at 4:00 p.m. today but the phone rang and rang and then hung.

There was one person in front of me at the drive through. They were there when I got there and they still took 15 actual minutes before I got to the window. They then informed me they were out of the coleslaw I ordered. I substituted for mashed potatoes and french fries. They didn’t give me a single gravy. I expressly mentioned the gravy and they gave me none. If you are going to take forever how about you use that time to be correct.

This is by far the worst food I ever encountered.i asked for a 3 PC and a staek barito and I got a vegi barito and 3 legs for chicken for 30 dollars.i brought the barito back and the cashier said yes thats thale vegie barito so I paid 10$ for a trash briato.

Nothing wrong with food (supposedly). One of their employees was eating while making food! Masks are mandatory (which is great) but only for some customers; not sure on what basis they were discriminating this. Even some of their employees were wearing it on chin, including the girl eating fries

The employees would rather be someplace else. They’re very tired and dismal. I think they need new management or some incentive to work better. It took forever in an empty restaurant to even place an order; and just as long to receive two items on their menu. The food was as advertised. The restaurant is noticeably in need of physical repairs and a thorough cleaning; i.e., filthy ceiling tiles, windows and exterior of food equipment. This place just needs an overhaul, but isn’t yet lost.
