Visited KFC in Geneva, NY, went through drive thru, first had to repeat my order 2 times, and when I asked did you hear my order she said no, had to ask the question of wether or not if they had a drink order 3 times and then told to pull up to window, when I got up there I wanted to be sure my order was correct and the person at windows cut me off and said 3 tender meal, I said you don’t have to be rude and her response was I was rude at the speaker and then walked away from window and refused to come back blew my horn several times and was ignored, finally after 5 minutes or longer of blowing my horn and being ignored, the manager came to the window and asked what the problem was and I first said that i wanted a new meal and then said to him that I had to repeat my order and before I could finish he said that their speaker sucks and that ,that was no reason to be rude and I said actually I don’t want my meal and he said well then leave and slammed the window shut. My question is how would I know their speaker system isn’t working properly?!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After looking at these reviews, I don’t know how this place stays in business. You have to wait for anyone to acknowledge you standing there. This is the first time they have gotten my order right but I had to get my own condiments and silverware so.. the chicken was so incredibly greasy and it smelled and tasted of old, rancid oil. Every single table was filthy. The containers were just slopped into my bag with grease all over them. What is the point of saying anything to the employees when the food is coming out like this and the restaurant is so dirty? I only took a couple of bites of the chicken and I can’t get that old oil taste out of my mouth. I am not even going to give this chicken to my dog.

Dirty store, rude, hostile, and unprofessional employees, and don’t even get me started on how nasty the food was.
Chicken was disgusting and old looking. They got annoyed with us for asking for our food to be remade because it looked old, there’s was no breading on it and it looked bitten into. All soda on the self-serve machine was empty and when we asked for them change the soda in the back they refused, said nothing was wrong with it but Everything was running clear. We were as nice as we could be given the situation and upon leaving the employees told us not to come back but claim they was just playing. While in the store waiting for our food there was another customer who came in and was arguing with the employees over their customer service and nasty looking food.
Not a safe or professional environment for customers and I’d recommend the heath department needs to make a visit. The store was filthy. They obviously don’t maintain a clean sanitary environment. Bathrooms and dining area were disgusting. No tissue in the bathroom, umflushed toilets, bathroom sinks don’t look like they’re ever wiped down, and dirty tables and floors. There were Crumbs from previous customers all over all tables and chairs and you could fill how dirty the floor was under your feet when you walked around.
I can not recommend this place, you will waste your time going here and ultimately leave feeling upset.

Stay away!! Our family went there Saturday 11/22 for a late lunch. We ordered both KFC and Taco Bell. Our order came out wrong and the food was barely warm. The bearded Manager was quite rude and argumentative. After waiting several minutes, our orders were partially corrected with more luke warm food. I saw our neighbor after we were home. I told her about our experience as I know her daughter worked there until recently. She said not to eat there again as her daughter to her that some of the employees do really disgusting things to people’s food. Please don’t eat there and certainly don’t let your children eat there either.

Don’t go – Totally dried up chicken! except of corn, no vegetable options, for the Five pieces meal, we got one small, tiny dish of corn. The veggie burritos bag was dirty, the bag that everything was packed in, was dirty. Cramped napkins!

Run away, now. Haven’t been to this location in 10 yrs because of last time they were out of chicken at 5pm on a Saturday and it was aweful. Tonight….Friday @6:30pm. Out of extra crispy and green beans. So I accepted all original and corn. Completely not edible and they screwed me on the chicken. $20 8 piece fill up. No white meat breast. 4 burned drums, 2 burned wings, and burned thighs. But seriouslyhalf full side I paid extra for BURNED, DRIED UP, AND NOT FIT FOR A DOG. see photos.

Purchased a 12-piece bucket and the coating was burnt…live in Penn Yan and didn’t notice until I got home…had to take off the coating (best part in my opinion) just to eat it… terribly disappointed…spent $35 for terrible chicken…I’ll be going to Tops next time!

This store seems to get poor reviews. We’ve gotten take-out here twice since recently moving to the area. Each time we used the drive-thru we have had the same gentleman wait on us. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The young man at the window was super nice. We’ve only been during the lunch hour but they seemed to be busy. Will definitely be back.
