The 8-piece chicken I received looked extremely dark and unappetizing, which made me question if the oil used for frying was fresh. The chicken’s appearance suggested that the oil might not have been changed in a long time. This was disappointing and unacceptable for the standards expected from KFC.

We had our office brunch’s; placed order early in the morning, scheduled for pick up at 11:45 AM/ ordered was confirmed and pick up reminder is notified …. When we arrived to get the foods, not even a hello & our order weren’t ready until 12:22 … worst customers service ever we encountered! never again we will order there. Foods were excellent, customer services were the worst.

Had the food for take-out during the evening. Chicken was warm and crispy, they we’re generous with the sauce. Staff was respectful.
There is on-site parking, tables, and restroom. The location is a little iffy; it gets complicated depending which way you’re trying to enter the parking lot. Also exiting the parking lot may get complicated, especially during rush hour.

Don’t walk away from this place RUN!
I was here last night for a famous bowl and two crispy chicken drums, let begin with the fact that the staff here is very rude and I will 100% will be contacting the hr department and corporate For the way I was spoken to and treated, in the picture I provided you can see this chicken looks unpleasant and not cooked the right way. I kindly requested for them to change it and the girl at the drive trough “SANITA” was catching a nasty attitude for no reason and closed the window in my face, I then had to wait outside the drive through window and honk my car for her to come back and I then requested a manager, the “manager” that then came to help was also rude and nasty with her attitude and did not want to change the drumsticks I bought when they are clearly uneatable, I then requested her name and she refused to give it to me which was very unprofessional. These ladies really must hate their life and jobs, if they really are out here treating customers like this and taking out their anger on us, they make it very known to the customers that they are miserable and crying for help. Maybe they should go get an education.

we stopped going to the location at 535 dick road Depew NY 14043 because the last few times when we visited that location the food was horrible. The chicken was dry. The biscuits were rock hard and a few times we had to wait quite a while for the food so we stopped going to that location today. 10/17/25 around 4:00 pm we decided to visit this location at 3269 Bailey ave in Amherst NY 14226 I stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone even acknowledging me and 2 employees looked right at me and did not say a word. There is no excuse for that no one even said I’ll be right with you nothing So we left horrible customer service

Not sure what happened here but I picked up an order on Thursday 9/11. 2:51 pm . I asked a question and he ignored me. He gave me my order and he gave me a “dumb/ whatever” look. I walked away with my order. Order # ED320. I asked to make sure that it had 2 drinks which the order did not list. Still, no response but just a blank stare. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Please be exceptional in terms of service.

Always friendly to me and today I tried the apple pie poppers for the first time wow they are very good better than Popeyes and mc Donald’s apple pie items very delicious taste like it was home made will get the largest one next time !!
