Very disappointed with our recent visit to Batavia KFC drive thru.
Chicken was excessively greasy and must have been sitting around because most of the coating had either already fallen off or crumbled off when we picked it up.
My order included 3 lrg mashed potatoes, 2 were only half full and still had unincorporated instant potatoes mix sitting on top. The remaining lrg mashed potato wasn’t even a 3rd full (we paid over $5 for this extra side and it was less than a 3rd full)
And when we opened our biscuits it looked like someone put a finger thru one of them.
I had to park and wait an additional 10mins for my food, which wasn’t an issue. However, if I have to pull up and wait i would expect to be waiting for and in turn receive hot, fresh, properly prepared food with the appropriate serving size for what I paid.
I plan to send a letter to the Manager with the pictures I have.
I will say the young lady that waited on me was friendly and polite but that doesn’t out weigh the poor quality of food we received. Whomever was incharge of quality control really dropped the ball or just didn’t care. My family still can’t believe KFC actually served that food, it was literally the worst we had ever gotten.
Can’t say we are in a rush to go back.

I went to this location a few years back food was terrible but. I thought after years maybe it was better. Wrong, it was worst. I purchased the fish and chicken platter with fries, coleslaw, and extra piece of fish and a biscuit. The biscuit was hard, the fish and chicken was very greasy, and batter was hard. You could tell it was dropped into the grease probably after I placed my order. I was to far away to take it back. I will never go to that KFC again!

Visited twice two days in a row. First visit I got a To go and left. Two pot pies that did not have chicken inside.
Second visit was door dash.
No napkins or utensils in the bag, no straws. The comeback sauce each were torn open.
Tenders were food and Mac cheese good.
Please do a quality check before sending bags of food out the door.

40 minute drive just to be disappointed. Normally there is at least double this amount of chicken– 3 pathetic pieces ?? This was not worth the price 8 months pregnant and this is all that I have wanted the last few months, such a disappointed.

The cashier had bright pink hair, I didnt catch her name but she was so sweet! Super friendly and she left a small note that said “you are loved” in my bag with some stickers and a small duck. That made my entire day. Thank you pink hair lady!!

Yesterday I ordered an 8 piece meal and to tell you the truth, it was the worst crispy chicken I’ve ever eaten. It was overcooked and dry. I realize they were short staffed (which they shouldn’t have ) but that shouldn’t accout for a poor quality meal. May never go there again.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this establishment warrants it. 1st off, I was stuck in the drive-through for almost 20 mins. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, I had to wait another 5 mins or so. Finally, when I tried to redeem a coupon for an 8 piece meal, I was instantly told it would be an additional 35 mins before they could fulfill the order. So much for fast food and wasting my time. They seriously need to get their act together.
So done after today Oct 27th this was the 2nd time I’ve been to this specific establishment and NOTHING has changed. The customer service is horrendous I paid 16.50 for a honey BBQ tenders meal and they drizzled It instead of coating it like virtually nothing on them and they were soggy. Not crispy not coated just awful. Drove back demanding they fix and or give me my money back and they refused. I will NEVER go back to that spot. I don’t suggest any others should either. Disgraceful.

Sat in drive thu for 10 mins before being asked to order .pulled up to pay window sat there for 25 mins. Had to go inside to see what was going on with my order. They don’t tell me but I over heard the employees say we don’t have chicken it’s going to be 30 mins . So I tell them I’ll just take my money back !!! The lady goes to register saying to me you could be nicer, after making me sit in the drive thru !!! . They gave me money money back and I left . Terrible service, terrible attitude, id give no stars if possible to this rating
