Went to drive through. Ordered the new chicken wings. Which are made to order.. was told it would be 7 mins wait because they are made to order. No problem.. waited more than 20 mins outside before going in and waiting longer bc they had to made French fries. Crap service. And none of the workers except front cashier even cared. Prob won’t go back again .

The service at this KFC was friendly, and the staff were pleasant to interact with. I ordered a chicken sandwich and waited about twenty minutes because they were still cooking the filets.
The wait was longer than expected, but the chicken was fresh, hot, and tasted great once it arrived. Overall, good food and friendly service, but the speed could be improved.

This particular KFC location is hit or miss on service, but it is typically better rather than worse. I enjoy the crispy chicken sandwiches here as well as the chicken wings, which are a pretty decent deal.

This is the third time we have gone to this restaurant to be told that they didn’t have chicken to complete the order, and were rudely told that they”Couldn’t turn white meat into dark meat.” And we would have to wait 20 minutes for them to drop some chicken. This was before 6 pm, during”Rush Hour!”

Didn’t get half of my food, then when I knocked on the door to tell them. The workers in the back were screaming that I was a liar.. I had gotten the 8 piece chicken fingers, im assuming the literally gave me the smallest ones because I complained that I didn’t get my food. It was great.. NOT. They are super unprofessional, and disrespectful. As you can see in the photo how tiny they are. For 20$ I definitely expected my kids to be full.

Ordered two original chicken sandwiches [one for myself, one for a friend]. My friend was going to get wraps, but wanted the larger sandwich with a full filet. They said it would be a ten minute wait, I said that was fine. Pulled up to the window to pay/ get my drink and 2 minutes later had a bag of food. Got back to work and realized there’s no mayo on either sandwich and they used 2 tenders instead of the sandwich filet, which are much smaller than a regular filet would be. Not okay. This location continues to be a miss.. I only go once every few months because they never give me the correct order.
