Mens restroom faucet had no water and loose. Pushed reset on the automatic sensor and still no water. Informed staff on duty, tall female, and she had no solution. Asked how male staff washed their hands and said they use kitchen sink. Long ways from restroom to contaminate handles etc. Serious food code violation that could have shutdown until fixed. 4 piece chicken was awful. Ridiculous amount of fried coating. Never eating there again.

Waited to order when no one was in line or in the drive thru. Told the don’t have Nashville hot when the signs in the window. My kids good was cold 38 dollars should have not stopped. Won’t stop again.

I was getting a to go order, waited several minutes. 2 girls working, 2 guys messing around in the back.got home and part of my husband’s order was missing… lesson learned! Babysit that place! Waited through 6 drive in customers.. i was the only inside customer.

We stopped here to eat from a evening fall festival. I ordered two sides, both were cold. My friend ordered a double cheeseburger meal. They told her four minutes. We waited and waited. The same girl asked are you waiting for something. My friend said yeah my food that I paid almost twelve dollars for. Seriously. They were all in the back on their phones goofing off. Another girl came up to apologise. We were the only one’s in there. They offered her a free side. The fries were cold. Food not fresh. A few of our co-workers complained about this place. Should have listened. Took pictures of the floor, table, and seat. Dirty. Trying to post.

Went here a total of three times over a few months span and the Food has been consistently bad everytime.
Chicken taste old and dry like its been sitting under a heat source for a while.. The employees are consistently unaware and forgets part of your order leaving you feel ripped off… It hasn’t been a good experience and fries were cold too. It’s a shame because KFC is good at other locations but this one feels like management has given up.

I know they have nothing to do with door dash. But I cannot request drumsticks on the app. I tried calling their number to let them know if they could change it and didn’t pick up the 3 times I called. It rang and rang and then disconnected like they were no longer in service. Please fix that

Extra Juicy, Indeed
Made the mistake of entering this establishment just before noon on Wednesday, July 30. Ordered an Original chicken sandwich, not the Extra Crispy. Was told by the counter person that this joint ONLY HAD one type of breading – but neither of the two I have written above (?).
The sandwich arrived without the pickles or mayo, which is how I ordered it. Upon biting into this “mystery third breading”, I was hit in the face by a stream of liquid – I’m guessing a combination of water and grease. This unknown liquid also stained a cloth bag I had placed on the table.
Now, I am a big fan of the Colonel, much to the chagrin of my medical staff. But this piece of “chicken” (?) was 100% inedible. The counter person asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I replied I’d rather throw the “sandwich” across the restaurant.
I placed the “food” on it’s foil bag and left it on the counter, bite marks and all. Would not surprise me if it was still there, 48+ hours later.
In closing, do your best, dear reader, to avoid this KFC knock-off at all costs. You can thank me later……

I bought a 4 piece family meal thru drive through. I was given 2 pieces of chicken coleslaw. I did not get my mash potatoes and gravy or any napkins. My family got jipt.when I called, half way home. Nobody answered the phone
