We got the crispy fried chicken combo meal and apple poppers. Food was fresh and delicious. Customer service was very nice and patience. I took time to look at the menu and make my decision. They are very attentive and make my order in less than 5 minutes.

Get home and it’s the wrong order. I ordered 8 pieces,and asked for white meat to.
The order I got was 12 pieces and all dark meat. Thats how I know it was the wrong order.

First off took 15mins for a cashier to even notice us at the register (three of us) and food came out a little took quick for our liking and my husbands corn had brown chunks in it (kind of looked like cheese curds) so he didn’t eat those and the chicken tenders had no flavor at all and small yellow bits of maybe (hopefully) corn in my sons mashed potatoes and gravy (not supposed to be corn in it) and the reasturant was really dirty the tables had straw wrappers and the drink counter was covered in ketchup packets only giving 2 stars cause biscuits were good

Took 30 minutes to get mine and my family’s food after having to go ask where the food was just to be told that the back never seen my order. The lady in the back helping make food was very very rude. When asked if they can make it right for my wait was told well we are making your food so that should be good enough. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER LET ANYONE I KNOW EAT HERE. and its was a $60 order and after they made the food it was ice cold

Chicken should have been tossed, cold and greasy, biscuits were all broken mac&cheese was cold and thick like glue. NOW it’s only fair to point out that there had been a power outage that day, which may have caused the problem, but if quality is the goal…then is order was a miss…

Ordered a 2 piece chicken, a biscuit & small mashed potatoes. With a soda it was over $8. Ordered rootbeer, received cola. Asked for “butter” with the biscuit, did not receive it. There was a pile of grease at the bottom of the box. The mashed potatoes came in a really small container and were lukewarm at best. The breast was decent sized but the wing was minuscule. The chicken was cold and dry and didn’t really taste good. The biscuit was hard & dry. Did you ever eat something and then feel a little sick at the thought of having eaten it? That was me today. I will not be back.

After a trip to Walmart next door we decided to have dinner as it was getting late. We chose KFC.
We waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter. When they finally came to the counter we placed our order.
I ordered the the 4 piece meal ( breast, thigh, leg, wing) with a side of cole slaw.my wife ordered a 2 piece meal and specified white meat only (breasts).
We took a booth and I wiped the table with some napkins (no staff cleaned the tables the entire time we were there). We waited about 10 minutes until our meals were ready. They made it “to go” though we were dining in. I opened my box and found the smallest chicken breast ever, a thigh, leg and a wing. My wife opened her meal and peeled back the skin to reveal the ‘breast’ was a thigh. Maybe an honest mistake? However, the 2nd piece was a wing. Definitely can’t mistake it for a breast.
My wife took it up to the counter and asked for the 2 breast she ordered. The staff took the thigh that my wife had inspected and threw it in the warmer with the other chicken. Instead of replacing the wing and thigh with the breasts she ordered they gave her a leg and ANOTHER thigh as well as the wing.
This time I took it back to the counter to get things rectified. THE STAFF COULDN’T TELL A THIGH FROM A BREAST! They replaced the thigh ONLY with a small breast and handed the box back to me.
At this point I could only shake my head and go back to our booth. I gave my wife my miniscule chicken breast and took the leg and wing.
We noticed there were no hair nets or gloves worn. The diningroom tables were neglected.
As a person with culinary training I understand that this is fast food and, mostly teens were staffing the restaurant. If there is poor management, the staff are not trained properly. I would suggest for starters…..learning the anatomy of a chicken.
BTW, I almost asked if the leg they gave me was front or back leg but that would have halted all production….lol!!!!
We won’t be returning.

Prices outrageous with Taco Bell and the food i laid in bed sick for 3 days after eating a soft taco ordered 6 soft tacos and a bean burrito no onions 35 and change that’s ridiculous then get home open the burrito I could smell the onions opened it to try removing them since I paid so much they were like stirring into the mix no way of removing them and they had to have put at least double onions so it went to the trash and the taco I went to bite into the middle the first half was ok then it was like soggy I didn’t finish it and got sick bad
