We drove past and saw the special – a leg and a thigh and a side for 4.99. We asked for 2 legs instead but there’s no substitute allowed. The thigh is really SMALL. the chicken pieces don’t have much batter and they don’t taste like KFC somehow. The pieces are extremely small. The biscuit is very dry. Overall the meal is not tasty. I won’t return to this location again.

I was at this location today a little after 2. The chicken is dry and old! There is a law in ny. You should probably start following it! The chicken definitely exceeded its hold time should have been thrown away! I paid 44 bucks for garbage! Thanks again kfc!! It will now be quit a while before I return to your location!

I’ve gone to this KFC for more years than I can remember and never had an issue until the past year or so. I’m not sure if they have new management, workers, or what is going on there, but the food has gone WAY downhill. The last two mashed potato bowls had chicken that was chewy (like not fully cooked chewy), then today I got a chicken sandwich that almost broke my damn tooth because it was literally so hard from sitting under the heat lamps that I had to use my back teeth to bite it all the way through. It tasted burnt and was completely inedible. Had to throw it out. I’m not one to leave reviews like ever, but they really need to do better. Staff were very friendly!

On top of that, the workers were rude, unprofessional, and acted like customers were a bother instead of a priority. The service was rushed, and no one even tried to fix the issue when I mentioned it.
This location needs serious improvement—or it should be shut down until it’s cleaned up and staffed with people who actually care about customer service and food quality. I will not be returning until changes are made.

Door-dashed from here, the chicken sandwich was a weird texture like it was old, and they forgot my mashed potato poppers. So, I ordered again this time just a biscuit and again the mashed potato poppers. Checked and they gave me fried cheese curds. ♀️

Paid $21 for 7 nuggets, got a bowl full of gravy with only 4 nuggets, ended up paying $35.72 in total for entire meal. The kids meal was fine other than they threw in the cold drink in the bag with hot food. 8 piece nuggets were rang up as tenders but I received nuggets which leads me to believe this establishment does this to get more money for less product. I ordered the 2 piece meal. I picked up 1 piece and there was a layer of oil underneath it. I picked up the other piece of chicken and there was a layer of oil under that piece too. I went though more napkins due to so much oil on my basket and on my hands. It was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. It was terrible. Go someplace, ANYPLACE else for food.

I’m not sure how this place has such a high rating. My order is always wrong. Staff is rude and tries to rush you through your order. Nine times out of ten the chicken is old, even at peak meal hours. They also conveniently never give you a receipt, so no chance for a review there. And if you order a sandwich it will probably be dry since they can’t squeeze the bottle hard enough to get sauce out I guess? And of course the drink. I hope you like trying new flavors because you won’t get what you ordered and it’s mostly carbonation anyway.
