Female employee a manager showed blatant disrespect to me and my grandmother for wanting them to honor a coupon price of 5.99 for the three-piece tender combo meal when they proceeded to offer a different coupon for $6.99 that is not just another dollar that is another Dollar Plus added tax to the meal I hate to break it to them but if they advertise the price of $5.99 they have to honor it or it is considered false advertising which is against the law only after constant argument did they honor only one of our two coupons because they put it in their system wrong which is not our fault you still have to honor it which they then proceeded to only change the price of one of the coupons

Until today, I hadn’t eaten at KFC in about 5 years. I was happy to find that the chicken tasted as good as I remembered. I ordered a two-piece dinner including a chicken breast with the crispy coating and a side of coleslaw. The chicken was properly cooked through, but still fairly moist and tender. With the coating, it was also very flavorful. The coleslaw had finely-chopped cabbage and carrots which gave it a pleasant compact crunchy texture. The dressing on the coleslaw was good, but could have been improved by addition of a little pineapple juice. There was one major failure. The biscuit that came with the meal was undercooked, and served without butter. It was totally tasteless and the texture was mush. I left it on the plate. The staff were friendly and patient with the customers. UPDATE: This time I brought the dinner home and reheated it in my oven. The biscuit, when hot and buttered was much better than described above.

If there was a word worse than “disgusting,” it would be the only way to describe the meal we had today at KFC in Camillus.
We ordered a 2-piece combo meal, and everything about it was awful. The chicken was extremely dry, burnt, and dark—it tasted like it had been fried in old, overused oil that hasn’t been changed in months. The smell alone was off-putting and made the meal hard to even look at, let alone eat.
The mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were just as bad—bland, mushy, and honestly inedible. We were shocked at how low the quality was, especially coming from a national brand known for fried chicken.
This was by far the worst fast food experience we’ve had in a long time. KFC really needs to check the standards at this location—because this is not acceptable.

Both times I’ve been there I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. Fries and mac and cheese tasted like they’ve been sitting there for a while! Won’t be going back.
