I waited for months to be able to afford a Tuesday $10 bucket. I am on disability and im in college. I’ve been fasting for prayer, and decided to finally eat some meat. BEFORE I PAID I was told that it would be a while. I left and came back to have another worker inform me they have NO CHICKEN. I could see the guy making chicken in the back. Instead of entertaining the idea, I asked for a refund. They told me they don’t give refunds and I’d have to get something else. Someone came in to pick up an order from online and they said they’d have to ask for refund online. I mentioned why I could not get a refund too. AFTER belittling me, telling me to read an employee plastic sign on the counter, saying “can you read the sign”, she then says they don’t have the power , not even the manager to give a refund. That id have to come back tomorrow. I asked why she didn’t say that in the first place. I pointed out that I noticed they have chicken and she said they were tenders. I would have been happy if they would have offered chicken in the first place instead of saying they have NO chicken and suggested to come back if I didn’t want anything else. But they argued with me and were aggressive after I asked for a refund. I would not recommend this particular KFC as it is managed now. I pray they stop intimidating people any ripping people off. They basically said they could steal from me, and there’s nothing I can do about it. It was scary , because I was in the lobby by myself.

Horrible customer service! I ordered the tenders and asked for a refund since I paid $18 and this is what they gave me. They all watched me wait at the window and thought I was going to drive off with this .. lady at the drive up said they don’t do refunds. Instead gave me a breast to replace the tenders…. $18 for this yikes

I showed up to the KFC 10 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. I waited for fifteen minutes at the takeout after I said I was there for my pickup…. the food was ready and waiting on the counter at the takeout spot (customers can not grab their own takeout) the whole time…. half the drinks were out of corn syrup… this location is always terrible, always have to wait for the cooking of chicken when it is 5pm (maybe have some ready for the dinner rush?) . They should retrain and rehire here but it will probably never change. Malta is always a million times better tasting with better service, 0/10

Great food, as to be expected. The atmosphere can feel crowded and tight. The service is awful. When I went through drive through (as it was too loud and crowded inside), they made me wait outside the line for what they said would be 10 minutes. I went in after 20 minutes to ask about my order and they said it would be 5 minutes. I did not believe that. But I stayed because I did pay for it, and they were not willing to refund me. A wholw 2 hours went by before I got my food. Its good food, but I will not be ordering from there again.

This place needs to be reconstructed. It smells terrible outside by the drive thru. The employees have horrible attitudes, they always close down the drive thru. I called corporate and doesn’t seem like they have done anything! I refuse to go here anymore. They also have wait times to order chicken because they claim they have none cooked. This place sucks, I’m sure you can get sick from eating here. I sacrifice and drive to Colonie, they are so much better. Please revise this place…..it’s disgusting I’m back with a new review 12/12/25 and I must say I am pleasantly surprised!! It was so much cleaner and the staff was absolutely wonderful, very nice and present. I definitely will be back, looks like they got rid of the bad group of employees there, they were horrible!!!!

Ordered online approx 1010, 11 pm closing. 1020, attempted to pick up my order; doors locked and advised through the window the fryers go off at 10! Why are you open until 11? Staff very rude. Spoke to the manager.. That was a joke. That’s what happens when individually owned.. No Corporate

Single worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. After a 45 minute wait I FINALLY got my food and wouldn’t you know it, it was cold by time I got it. Despite being out of food, they continued to take order after order. I will never go to another KFC again due to how bad this experience was.

first of all it is so dirty inside. second, the workers and the night time workers are very disrespectful. I bought some chicken and it was the $10.00 bucket which I should have gotten 8 pieces I only gotten 6 pieces. im guessing they don’t expect you to check the bucket. then I go back in there to let them know and it seems like they had an attitude. they made the mistake not me. but I have gone through the drive thru and the attitude I get all the time and I know its other customers also because I know people who has gone there and said the same thing. PLEASE do something about their attitudes and clean the inside you have a lot of workers who just stand there and don’t do anything. Or I will be contacting code enforcement

I recently visited this establishment to refill my beverage, and the lady attempted to make an unnecessary issue out of it on 11-2-25. The following day, 11-3-25, I returned at opening time to utilize the restroom, only to discover feces on the seat and the back of the toilet at 10 a.m. This suggests that the previous night’s closing staff neglected to clean the area, and the opening staff also failed to address the issue. Moreover, it appears that employees are able to use the restroom for personal activities, such as rolling marijuana, but are unable to maintain cleanliness. Later that day, I experienced a significant delay in ordering food, despite the absence of customers in the drive-thru. Upon receiving my order, I found the fries to be stale and the chicken tasted old, as if it had been reheated by re-frying it. I have documented evidence of these incidents, including photographs and audio recordings, which I intend to share publicly upon completion of my work on their roof. This location is undoubtedly the worst KFC I have visited and worked on.
