“I’ve been waiting in line for like more than 20 minutes, and the staff shows attitude. There’s some weird and crazy stuff going on in this store. I don’t think the store even has a manager, or the manager is asleep – I don’t know what’s going on in this store. No one cares about the customers. No one cares about the store. No one cares. It’s like the messiest, dirtiest store I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m just surprised. Please don’t visit this store if you care about your health and your time. And they’re telling people, ‘If you don’t like us, go to another store,’ or some bullshit like that. They’re just unprofessional. I don’t know why they even get paid for this. They’re still getting paid, but they don’t care about the customers. This is crazy – crazy things. Shame on you.”

I submitted a mobile order and pulled up to the drive-thru to pick it up. It was just a sandwich, 2 sides, a drink, and a dessert… Nothing spectacular or custom. After pulling up to the window the server asked me to pull forward to the door and they will bring it out to me. The problem is is where I was asked to pull forward my vehicle was still in the way which resulted in multiple other vehicles honking and me attempting to maneuver in a very small parking lot out of their way. After 20 minutes of waiting I go inside the store to ask what is taking so long and they pull my order out of a warming box and hand it to me. This was supposed to be a drive-thru and it was supposed to be delivered to me when it was ready… Not left to get lukewarm in a box. After getting my stuff going back to my vehicle and exiting the premises… I discovered that they gave me the wrong size drink and completely omitted a side. Worst fast food experience in a long time. Do better.

KFC is always my favorite wherever I see I always stop by KFC and a have my food but this one especially this KFC restaurant on a very good location It is Well connected with the highways and very close to the shopping area as well what a real interesting is the people who work here they’re really amazing they are very nice people open-minded people very nicely talk with everybody I really feel that is very nice and tastes as always wonderful I highly recommend KFC to everyone KFC is a another name for food

I went here today and yes they were busy but none of the workers had attitudes no matter how long customers before me kept saying they had been waiting….I was pleasantly greeted when it was my turn to order and was also pleasantly greeted when my food was ready for me…now this is a fast food establishment but when it’s busy they can only produce so much chicken and fries at once with the equipment they are provided with… people need to learn to have patience and be kind always it makes a world of difference…..

Placed my order in the drive thru, clerk told me to find a parking spot we will run it out to you. 15 MINUTES later I called the restaurant and the guy said “I just dropped the fries in the oil about 3 more minutes.” I pulled away, my time is more valuable than that.

I order from the drive thru and got told there will be a 25 minute wait. I ended up waiting for over an hour for my food. Then the workers had taken 10 minutes to give me my food. The place was dirty and after getting my food I figure out that the food was raw. Never ordering from here again.

Tiniest chicken servings I’ve ever seen. The thighs and the drums are for toddlers! Also No option to choose for other chicken parts for online orders. Staff did not even care to do anything when I showed them how ridiculous the 12-piece BUCKET of chicken looks like.

I went in this place about 7 years ago. It was a real dump. I figured it would of been out of business. Lo and behold, it’s still there. Went in to give it another try. One of the nasty workers said it would be at least an hour wait. Place gotta go. Sithole
