This place deserves zero stars. When I ordered an eight-piece bucket for $10, I was utterly disgusted. Three long and thick feathers were sticking out of one of the thighs, omg. That evening, I called the manager right away, and she seemed incredibly nonchalant . After putting me on hold for fifteen minutes, she eventually agreed to offer me a replacement or a $10 refund. I threw all of the chicken in the trash that night. We returned for a refund the following day, the manager, if she was actually the manager was so obnoxious . She told us that only one thigh would be replaced and not a refund. We told her that the dinner was ruined, and she said a refund would be issued for the entire meal. “Because you called corporate they can handle it” she replied. She began to argue with me about their return policy and I wasn’t going to entertain such foolishness. I witnessed one of the employees putting chicken in a bucket while talking and laughing with his face almost in the bucket. The amount of germs and saliva in that customer’s food is unimaginable. I just left and will never go back. No rational and sane individual would serve or consume that. This particular location at 800 Montauk Highway in Shirley, New York 11967 is a disgrace. The employees are disrespectful and dirty. They are not cleaning their poultry. I’ve also purchased undercooked chicken at this location. If you don’t want to get food poisoning, please do not eat here.

My daughter and I trie both the traditional chicken and tenders with the waffle! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
Chicken was old and dry and the waffles tasted awful as if it sat in oil for hours!
Not to mention the disrespectful conversation coming through the order microphone. The folks working the drive thru forgot to mute themselves.
Went back today for a refund!

So I go to kfc at least 3 times a week I love to come after work when I get off at 10 at night and grab me a 4 piece chicken meal and its usually great I’ve had one issue and they resolved it but now Ive had another issue and it’s crazy tell me why I went to KFC last night and your out of chicken your out of legs and wings in regular and crispy i would not recommend this kfc to anyone there’s so many better ones there the people in the drive through are rude as hell always trying to rush you and if you wanna be told what to eat because there Out of everything this is the one to go to. And once again I was not given my receipt at the window and I feel if I call and say something theyll Just be rude and tell me I’m just saying stuff I would not recommend this location at all
