I went through the drive thru and the cashier who took my payment, shorted my change. Didn’t even say how much I should get back. He walked away. I watched the receipt print. Then someone else, a woman maybe a supervisor, handed me my order and I asked for my receipt. She tried lying and saying the printer wasn’t working. I looked over at the register printer and she claimed the receipt there was an old one from a previous customer; you know the one I watched print out after I paid. I asked her to repeat my total. She only repeated the dollar but not the cents. I asked again. The first guy came back, visibly annoyed. After confirming the total and what my change should have been, it took them both to count it out and I was given the right change.

The location is visually disgusting. The lady running the drive-thru at this location on 11/24/2025 @7:15pm was extremely rude and wouldn’t repeat my order. She completely misheard my drink and side order. I simply canceled the order and she screams “I don’t care!” as I drove away without food. Oh yea, when walked up to the drive-thru window she was on her personal cell phone, this is an employee I’m talking about.

Did a simple takeout order in the store and to my chagrin when I got home there was my 8 pc bucket meal with biscuits and only the mashed potatoes side and they never gave me the side of fries.
What is absolutely the stupidest customer service experience I have ever had was, when I called to tell them about it the guy on the phone only offered me to come pick up the missing side. I told him it’s over 10 miles round trip, what are you going to do to compensate me for your mistake. He said you can talk to the manager, I said ok let me talk to him, he said he’s not in on Saturday evening call back on Monday. When I asked for his supervisor he said hold on and dropped the call.
Why do we let people like this handle our food?

I placed a mobile order and walked in to pick up my food. The food preparer that is also the cashier is completing drove through orders and eventually stopped to acknowledge me. When I tell her that o have a mobile order, she looks past me and takes the next person. No acknowledgement at all
After taking the other orders. She gives me my order only for the order to be missing items. I ask her for the items and she just plops them in my hand. She then goes back to the other customers.
I totally understand that she is short staffed, but she didn’t have to be short on niceties.
