Upon getting home we found the Chicken was inedible; so dry that it was like leather. Biscuits so dry as well. Ordered 12 nuggets and received 7. French fries were cold and soggy. When I asked for a plastic bag received a dismissive answer. One of the other workers heard this and told him to give me a bag. Was looking forward to a prepared dinner after a long day of chemo. Will no longer buy from the Greenvale KFC.

Got my ordered wrong and cashier was rude. Called the manager and she was not helpful. Sent an email to headquarters, submitted my receipt and explained the issue and headquarters is requesting for home address. Is this insane or what?
